Staying in the heart of Los Sueños was indeed a dream!! This third floor condominium was the perfect fit for our family of six adults and one child.The view is amazing. Our host responded promptly to all of my questions.

Location. Host a as easy to work with and helped us out with a good concierge service. Place was clean and nice with a great view.

we had trouble getting the pool/beach club pass. we were told we could pick up at guard shack and they said they would have it the next day. when we went back they said they did not get one so thats when we had to get a hold of property manager and they finally got us a pass.other than that wonderful property, well kept, great for 6 people. with 3 ensuites. thanks

Usually the pass's are at the guard gate with instructions to and for everything, however it wouldn't hurt to stop at HRG who takes care of all the paperwork and they are located right before the property on the right hand side, this way you know you have everything in hand. All drivers are happy to make the stops, I've even had the drivers stop and do shopping for me telling me they know where everything is. The people in Costa Rica are really unbelievably friendly, sorry for your inconvience.....Chip
