Just a 10-minute drive from Keeneland and City Center, this home features a fully stocked kitchen and three spacious bedrooms, including two king-size beds and one queen. Step outside to unwind in your private backyard oasis, complete with a relaxing hot tub, fire pit, and Blackstone grill.

This beautifully remodeled bungalow features three spacious bedrooms, with two king-size beds and one queen. The bright, airy living room flows into a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new appliances. From there, step out into the inviting backyard, where you can relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or cook on the Blackstone grill

We have an electronic keypad at the front door with a code we will send out 24 hours before y9our check in. Please do not lock the front or rear storm doors.

Great property! The house is in a great location in Lexington. It is close to Southland drive which has some of our favorite local hangout and eat places. Also very close to Nicholasville road which has plenty of shopping and restaurants. Good hot tub and a backyard for your furry friends.

The house was what we needed for a family weekend with our pets. The fenced-in backyard is great with a very spacious deck. The house works well for the 6 people we had staying there. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Well appointed and comfortable

This was a perfect place for our family to stay for a family event in Lexington. The location is excellent for getting anywhere, the house is extremely comfortable and well supplied (thank you for the welcome treats!), and the host was very helpful and responsive when needed.

Great Spot!

A perfect property for our visit to Keeneland. The location is awesome as it is between Keeneland and downtown Lexington. The home itself has been totally renovated and is great. The owner has added little extras that you don't always find in vacation rentals and check-in and check-out are very easy. Will definitely return in the future.

We hit the jackpot when we stayed here. Nice house in a nice quiet neighborhood. Our stay was perfect. The house was very clean and modern. We were very comfortable staying there. We enjoyed the hot tub. Our dog gives the property 4 paws as well as he loved the backyard and nice walks in the neighborhood. The location is great. It was so close to everything that we needed. Carlos is very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

UK College Visit

We booked this property to turn our UK college visit into a vacation. The house is beautiful. It was a perfect size for our family of 4 with a boy and girl teen that appreciate their own space. The decor is stunning. Kitchen was great food and well stocked. Hosts even provided some snacks which my teens greatly appreciated.Hot tub was very clean and back deck great for relaxing outside. Location was great for our purposes, lots to do within10 a15 minutes.

Great location and space

We found this home perfect for our needs. Bedrooms all have large beds and TVs. Great space outside for the dog. Hot tub worked perfectly. Everything is a short drive away. We would pop downtown and back frequently between trips to distilleries. Half an hour to BT, WT, 4R,, etc. Hour to Bardstown and 1:15 back to Louisville. The neighborhood seemed very safe and quiet. Again, easy access everywhere.

Nice place for a getaway

We booked this place for a girl's trip,nans found it to be enjoyable. The place is beautifully decorated, but the seating is quite limited. There is no dining space besides the bar/island. And the living room only comfortable seats four people. But, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and that was the most important to us! The first night the AC wasn't running cold enough, and we had trouble sleeping. But, the temps were in the upper 90s and that is ot typical weather rode KY. I will say, Carlos was EXTREMELY responsive and adjusted our thermostat down. We greatly appreciated the fact that our host kept us comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place!
