Enjoy amazing views of Mt. Rainier at this stunning contemporary beachfront property on forested acreage. You are steps away from a beach for strolling and a private fishing dock. Shopping, cultural opportunities and restaurants abound in historic Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island (minutes away). It’s just 15 minutes to the ferry to Seattle. Olympic National Park and Port Townsend are only an hour away. And be sure to save time to enjoy the amazing scenery from your deck or by the water!
The space
As you approach our brand-new custom-built guest house through our forested property, you’ll know at once this is a beach-front experience with magnificent views. As you enter the house, the gorgeous and fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast or enjoy the convenient outdoor deck for alfresco dining right off the kitchen/living space. The barbeque is right off the deck. The home offers an open-plan living room with a TV, a dining table for four guests, and a brand-new kitchen. The charming primary bedroom off the living/kitchen room has a comfy queen-sized bed, TV, and ample closet space. One bathroom with a shower is located opposite the bedroom. Stocked with games, puzzles, and books, enjoy this well-thought-out space that blends a modern flair with all the home comforts.
Guest access
Guests have use of the entire Guest House, which is adjacent to the owner's main house. The waterfront side is shared with the owners, with a designated area just for guests with four Adirondack chairs and tables at the water's edge. Guests have beach access from the property and can use the dock for fishing or relaxing. Self-check-in with details provided after booking.
Other things to note
Please feel free to bring your own water toys or kayaks (and use them at your own risk). The beach isn't sandy, so water shoes or old sneakers are a great idea for walking on the beach!

The retreat is a perfect blend of outdoor relaxation and recreation, in a serene setting only 3 miles to one of the most charming towns in the Pacific Northwest, Poulsbo. Seattle is roughly an hour away by ferry.

This property has an unrivalled waterfront view, with Mount Rainier right outside our picture windows. The retreat is set back from the road in a forested setting, with mature native trees all around. The access road is an extremely quiet rural road, with very minimal traffic. There is direct private access to the rocky beach from steps on the property; bring sneakers or beach shoes to walk along the beach for miles in either direction.
