Quiet, private and charming studio home in the great area feels like it is miles away from the city’s fast-pace, yet is actually only minutes away. Suited for couples and get aways. Within a three block walk there are 10+ restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, boutiques, and the Admiral Theater, with multiple breweries nearby. Parks, tennis courts and ball fields are across the street. Puget Sound, Alki Beach, Water Taxi to Downtown. 15 minutes walking distance from the Stadiums Lumen Field and T-Mobile Park for Seattle Seahawks, Mariners and Sounders games.

The space
This new studio home has new and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Wall mounted TV with Netflix, Amazon, your choice... Queen size bed is very comfortable and room is very quiet. Bathroom has an awesome tiled shower. New Washer and Dryer is also available. A peaceful front patio surrounded by trees welcomes you for some outdoor fresh air.

The property is charming, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Everything was perfect. The hosts were great at providing information and even checked in with me to make sure I had everything I needed. The amenities were excellent. This is a great space for anyone traveling with a dog. What a gorgeous oasis! I’m so happy we found this spot. Beata and Rene were a joy to communicate with throughout the trip. I particularly appreciated how quiet the property is, how firm and comfortable the bed is, and the laundry works great! Would absolutely stay here again and we hope to!

Small and compact but very liveable for a couple. Clean unit and on-site parking is a plus. The queen bed could use a "topper" but no negative comments on the cleanliness. Location was easy to find and we would recommend.

We were surprised by the 4-star rating, as your comments described a very positive stay. We have never received complaints about the mattress before, and many guests specifically mention its comfort in their reviews. Of course, comfort is personal, and we respect your opinion. This little west Seattle get away made my visit to Seattle so much more enjoyable! The location is amazing and super walkable/easy to get to downtown Seattle/ buses were very easy & accessible. I was traveling alone and felt very safe in this neighborhood. Also loved that it was away from the city but still close enough. Beata & Rene were extremely accommodating and responsive! I will absolutely be back!

Very welcoming host! The space was perfect for my needs. Very nicely set up for solo or couple stays. I needed somewhere in West Seattle to stay for a few days for work. This place was so convenient! Not only for my work but I was right by some great food, the PCC, parks and so on! Would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this lovely little nest, and my stay, was perfect - also, everything I was looking for. Spotless, quiet, calm, well-appointed, with beautiful art and cozy touches everywhere, including delicious chocolate treats! Beata is an excellent host - communicative, warm, and helpful. I loved the location, which seems to be within walking distance of just about everything, with plenty of stunning mountain and water views. Honestly, I can't wait to book another stay!
