The space
As soon as you step inside, you will be greeted by a bright and modern living room with a beautiful grand piano that can automatically play from a selection of music, featuring comfortable seating and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Strolling further into the home, you will find an even larger living room with an expansive couch, beautiful mural on the wall, 85" 4K TV, and electric fireplace. The attached kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need to whip up delicious meals during your stay. Whether you prefer cooking indoors or grilling outside on the Blackstone griddle, our home has got you covered.

If you're looking for some entertainment, head into the theater or arcade room where you'll find many classic games, air hockey table, and foosball, all set to free play! If you prefer a larger group activity, grab a board game off the shelf or head outside and play a yard game out of the shed.

If you are looking to cool off, jump into the pool for a refreshing swim, or maybe you would just like to relax in the sun on the loungers by the pool.

As the evening cools down, gather around the fire pit and roast some marshmallows while sharing stories and making memories. Alternatively, soak away your worries and stresses as you relax in the hot tub surrounded by the stars. It's the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the town or hiking in the nearby mountains of Shenandoah National Park.

When you are ready for bed, drift off to sleep in one of our large, plush beds that are perfect for sinking into after a long day. For those who are still awake, each room is equipped with a large 4k TV.

Guest access
You will have private access to the whole home, the pool area, and the majority of the yard surrounding the home. There is a detached garage apartment on the property that is run as a separate AirBnb, so please do not approach that building.

Other things to note
Our home is ideal for many uses. A retreat for families or friends looking for a relaxing getaway, wedding groups, honeymoon, remote work, wine/brewery weekends, hiking trips, Washington D.C. trips, fall leaf viewing, and more!

The pool is closed seasonally, we will try to keep it open until the end of October, when it will be closed until the beginning of March (weather permitting). Please inquire if you want to confirm the status of the pool.

To use the pool heater comes with an additional charge of $100 per stay during warmer months and $100 per day during colder months. Please let us know a few days before your stay if you would like the heat turned on and we will get the heater started and confirm the current rate.

The arcade games are free to use during your stay, they are set to free play!

Our home is conveniently located just outside the town of Culpeper, giving you a countryside feel yet close to all amenities.

8 minutes to the Historic Downtown of Culpeper.

39 minutes to Shenandoah National Park with Skyline Drive and plenty of hiking spots.

52 minutes to Luray Caverns.

Arcade: No particular game title will be guaranteed to be available or in working order in the game room. Games will be rotated over time. Please contact us if you would like to know what games are currently available.

Use the arcade at your own risk. Follow all posted signs. Supervise children to ensure they are respecting the games.

Note: As we are located in a wooded area, you should expect to see critters and bugs. You may even see ladybugs, stinkbugs, and similar harmless bugs inside the home, especially in the spring and fall. We do our best to keep these at bay, however any pests that do show up are not the fault of the owner or cleaners and will not result in a refund. These bugs can be vacuumed up using the vacuum cleaner or carried outside by hand. Do not crush the stinkbugs. While wasps are generally non-aggressive, we recommend admiring them from a distance. If one happens to find its way indoors, you can gently guide it outside by opening a window or door.

We use Ring cameras outside at the front door and above the driveway. Ring cameras are activated by motion and will record video and audio of anyone that walks in front of them. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that the house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time 24/7 and record video and audio.

Use the Pool and Hot Tub at your own risk. Follow all posted signs. Supervise children at all times. Do not bring food or glass into the pool or hot tub.

We are not responsible for any belongings left behind by guests.

We’re fortunate to have wonderful neighbors who help keep an eye on the community. Please be courteous to them and do not bother them or trespass on their property. Also please drive slowly and carefully on the private gravel road.
