Castleton Farms is a sprawling, 500-acre compound at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Shenandoah National Park with a working animal farm, fishing ponds, and gorgeous views. A five-mile paved footpath spans the property and is perfect for walking, jogging, or biking. Visit the friendly menagerie with emus, goats, pig, donkeys, and a zonkey. The magnificent Pool House complex boasts a custom, geothermally-heated indoor pool, and hot tub (Additional fee — paid at check-in).
The Pricing Quote given through our website or through VRBO does not included our cleaning fees CLEANING FEES: Blue Ridge Cottage and Rock Cottage $75 + $3.98 tax = $78.98; Carriage House and Farm House $150 + $7.95 tax = $157.95; Mountain View Guest House $175 + $9.28 tax = $184.28; Magnolia & Twin Ponds $200 + $10.60 tax = $210.60; Crest Hill, Fair Haven & Meadows $225 + $11.93 tax = $236.93. The second payment or balance due is auto collected to the credit card on file 30 days prior to your check in date. It will be processed by Stripe our credit card processing company.
Guest count must include all adults and children 1 year old or older within the total number of guests when booking your reservation. If the number of guests exceeds the listed house occupancy, an additional fee of $15 per person per day plus tax will apply. Pool House Fee: A separate pool house fee can be purchased upon check in which includes access to Pool House. An additional addendum must be signed and will be integrated into this Agreement upon purchase. Contact office for the pool house fee.
Due to our rural area we cannot guarantee cell phone service. We have broadband internet that normally works great but can be affected by weather conditions. Once inside the house you can WiFi call if your cell phone provider has that service.
