Esta gran casa de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños es perfecta para reuniones familiares y un viaje de golf de fin de semana con amigos.

Ubicado en un lote de medio acre, Rancho Relaxo está completamente cargado con 4 televisores, WiFi, BBQ Island, piscina con fogatas y spa.

Con mucho espacio interior y exterior para el entretenimiento, Rancho Relaxo ofrece 2 suites de un dormitorio principal, una hermosa cocina de granito con nevera para vinos y una sala de juegos con su propia mesa de billar.

El patio privado es enorme con muchos árboles cítricos, una gran área cubierta de hierba donde puedes jugar al fútbol y un putting green donde puedes practicar tu juego corto. La piscina de guijarros recientemente renovada tiene un spa elevado con características de agua y luces LED que cambian de color. Los adoradores del sol pueden trabajar en su bronceado descansando bajo un paraguas en un pie de agua en la repisa de bronceado de la piscina.

Perfect for family gathering

The house was much nicer than we expected. Great kitchen for cooking our Thanksgiving meal, big comfortable living room to fit everyone for watching the big games and plenty of space inside and out for eating. Communication with Adi was good - she was always quick to respond to questions. We will definitely stay again for our next family event. Thank you!!

50th Anniversary & Son’s Birthday Celebration

The home was perfect for our needs..We especially loved having two bedrooms with king sized beds….the family with small children were able to have the master for stretching out & bathing needs, leaving us the other king bedroom with an on suite..the other 2 bedrooms had queen beds & were lovely as well. The living room has a huge sectional couch for the whole family…the back yard was fantastic, putting green, small yard to play & the pool was wonderful! We spent most of our days in the pool & hot tub…I would absolutely recommend this property.

The property was exactly as advertised. No surprises. The yard and pool were great, especially the shallow end of pool for young children. The house was extremely well laid out for our month long stay. Adi was also very responsive to the few questions we had. Thanks Adi.

2nd stay at this property.

We have booked the past two years at this property. Both times have been great and we look to book next year. We did have a few maintenance issues I addressed at check out and Adi got right back to me on them and said they will take care of and send my email to the owner. That is my only reason for not giving it a 5 on this year. This house does offer alot, well stocked and perfect location. Thank you again for another fun week.

We so appreciate when a guest takes the time to let me know the issues with our properties as you did. In many cases some of the issues are missed such as the light bulbs being burned out at the property which we found were lamps that were unplugged and some bulbs were unscrewed by a previous guest so they were not connecting. The broken patio chair had the break under the cushion and I am happy to report that all of the main patio dining chairs have been replaced and we have new dining chairs added to the second patio table under the pergola. All of the items on your punch list have been addressed. There is also a new patio sofa set that we just added along with a second set for the fire pit and a new pool lounge chair. Thank you again for being such a wonderful guest and I hope that you will come and stay with us again next year.

Great space in quiet neighborhood

We rented this property for a family wedding that was in Rancho Mirage. The house had plenty of space for 3 familes. Having two ensuite bathrooms was especially nice. The kitchen was well stocked, and the large couch in the family room was very comfy. The house could use some updating, but for the most part, everything worked and the house was clean. The neighborhood is very quiet, and there are no rear neighbors, which was nice. If you are looking for a home with nice space and nothing fancy, this is a great choice.

Adi is a great host, great communication. Be careful with utility allowance. The pool is great but could use some resurfacing. House is exactly as it shows on listing. Great location and wonderful neighbors.

Awesome retreat away from home

We do an annual guys golf trip and this year we found ourselves in Palm Desert. This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. Tons of space inside. Comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms, the house is fully stocked. But the backyard is the best part. Pool was perfect, umbrellas for shade, bbq worked great. Just an all around great property. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Checking in and out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again when we come back. Thanks, Adi!

Great place to stay for families

Fantastic House in Palm Desert. Simple check in process. ADI is very responsive. House comfortably sleeps 8 on the beds but could sleep more on the couches if needed. Very kid friendly. Pool is amazing and clean. Close to grocery store and pharmacy. Safe neighborhood. Great golf 10 minutes away. Really enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness and the amenities. When I wasn’t at the pool I was in the massage chair. The master bedroom had the most comfortable bed. We have already booked a return trip.

Excellent experience!

We had an amazing week at this house! The house was clean and well equipped. The beds were very comfortable! The pool table was added fun. Due to the heat, we spent most of our time in the beautiful pool. The walk in area of the pool was super nice, especially for the grandkids! The yard was perfect for our dogs and kids - very private and spacious. All in all, this was a wonderful trip! THANK YOU!

Large spacious house with lots of fun amenities

This was a great house with lots of space for two families - 4 adults and 4 kids. There were lots of fun things to do in and outside the house - hot tub was great and warmed up quickly, we only used the pool once as it wasn't warm out, ping pong table could use a little maintenance, and there was a nice little putting green and tether ball, as well as an outdoor firepit (we didn't use) and lots of seating. Indoors we loved the pool table. The kitchen was lovely and large but a little lacking - only one frying pan that broke, limited paper towels, no condiments or cooking supplies (just some minimal spices). The host Adi was amazing and responded to any needs we had very quickly. I've never had such an attentive host!

Excellent place to stay

My friends and I had a great time at this amazing house. It was exactly what it looked like online and even better. Very comfortable and inviting. The hosts -Adi and Lena were very accommodating and very responsive. They literally called me right away after I sent a message asking a question. I’ve never had such a great experience. The pool was great. It was too have the privacy too! Thank you so much for letting us stay in this beautiful home!

Great for outdoor entertainment!

Had a great time with family at this house! Fun pool and backyard entertainment! About 10 mins from downtown la Quinta and only a few minutes from 2 large grocery stores. House was well stocked with towels and toilet paper, but they only left one paper towel roll for our four day stay so we had to buy more. Also, read the fine print! You will be charged AFTER your stay for the Utilities that you use. With include gas and electricity! I have never experienced this before with a vacation rental so it came as a surprise! My reason for the 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, house is great and nice and clean!

Thank you for taking the time to review Rancho Relaxo. It is true that we stock the property with sundries for each reservation. This usually includes 1 roll of paper towels for a 3 night stay. Most guests that stay this short of a time do not use up the entire roll. In our conversation prior to you checking out, I did mention that if the paper towels were an issue, I would have been happy to drop off a second roll if only I had been made aware that more was needed. Just for the sake of other guests reading this review, we do not have any FINE print in our rental documents. The utilities are fully disclosed in the first email sent to guests when they inquire about the property or request a reservation and it is accepted. We also attach the city mandates and the rental agreement to this email which explains the utility charge and how we share in the cost with our guests in great detail. The city mandates and rental agreement are attached to every email communication from the beginning of the reservation until the guest checks out to ensure that guests are reading the documents related to the reservation and to give them ample time to ask any questions they might have. I thank you for paying your 94.00 share of the utilities which was mainly for heating the very large pool at the property for 3 nights. This is an average of 31.33 a night while other properties in our area have a daily fee of 60.00 to 80.00 a day for utilities depending on the size of the pools without sharing the cost with guests.

Great family house

The house was well stocked and maintained. Had all the comforts necessary for our family gathering with my in-laws . We recommend it for family gatherings. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids as well as indoor pool table.

Great Family Vacation home

The property is perfect for a family vacation. Plenty of room for all to enjoy both inside and out. Pool was perfect for little ones and spacious for the adults as well. Everything was provided in home for all cooking needs. Great place. We are already planning our next visit.
