The space
The entire property, inside and out, is fully remodeled. Located in the center of the city in the historic neighborhood of Shearview Hills. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a decorative fireplace. This home has a VERY large living room with multiple perks and amenities. There’s a total of 3 queen beds, a 1 full bed, and 2 comfortable sofa beds. As well as a comfortable L-shaped sectional. We have extra air mattresses if additional beds are needed. This is the perfect spot for groups who want luxury and comfort. Make the best memories here with your family and friends at our spacious home.

The space:
There is so much to say about this home! We manage many homes in San Antonio and this is by far one of our favorites! If I were choosing a home in San Antonio, this would be my pick. The owner did not cut any corners creating this rental and in my opinion the location is the best in San Antonio!
This is a Fully Remodeled House, and every detail was well thought out by the owner who wanted to specifically design it for short term rentals with every detail in mind and very family focused. There’s even a fenced in front yard! The house features 4 bedrooms with very comfortable memory gel mattresses.

Kitchen:
The kitchen features upgraded appliances, fully stocked with premium cookware, instant pot, coffee station, and gas stove. The kitchen also has a large dinner room table with a full bar area and is a perfect place to spend the evening with friends and family. As everyone knows, the group always gathers in the kitchen.

Entertainment - In the main home you will find
Smart TVs everywhere. There’s HD TVs with easy to move swivel mounts in every bedroom! The living room features a 75-inch HD 4K TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney Plus on every TV. The sound system is amazing! We also offer a Nintendo Switch to use with controllers! We also have multiple retro Arcade games. You can show your kids what you played back in the day!

The Backyard -This is our favorite place!!! We offer a fully equipped grill and there is an awesome gas fire-pit with plenty of seating for those cool nights making S'mores.

Location, Location, Location!
This home is located basically in the center of San Antonio. The airport is just four minutes away and downtown is literally ten minutes away! Very easy access to the main freeway corridors to US
Highway 281 and Interstate Loop 410.
Riverwalk-7 miles / 10 minutes
Alamo - 7 miles / 10 minutes
The Historic Pearl- 5.5 miles / 7 minutes - Many great restaurants, bars and shops!
North Star Mall - .8 miles / 3 minutes
San Antonio Zoo - 4.4 miles / 8 minutes
Convention Center - 7.7 miles / 12 minutes
Alamodome - 7.8 miles / 10 minutes
There are too many restaurant options to list but literally you have so many choices within minutes of this location. There is also a Walmart and HEB grocery store that are just minutes away.
This is a "no-party home" and we strictly enforce this policy. We want you to have a great time but if you are looking for a home to have a party and invite unauthorized guests, this home is not for you.

Guest will have the access to the full house.
Other things to note
Guests can use the driveway to park 2 -3 cars easily. And can park an additional 2 cars in the front on the street.

Please use the trash cans to dispose of tampons, toilet papers, and paper towels instead of using the toilet to dispose of them.
