The Modern Farmhouse consists of three to four separate sleeping areas, the upstairs Loft, Two Private Bedrooms and fold out couch downstairs. The upstairs loft is furnished with a Queen Bed and a Twin over Full size Bunk Bed. The loft comes with TV where you can watch Hulu Live, Netflix and Prime Video. You have a sound machine, ear plugs and an eye mask for your use if desired. You have your own beverage stocked mini- fridge and freezer, and bathroom essentials when traveling in case you forget anything during your stay. You have your own thermostat upstairs separate from the rest of the house. The first downstairs private bedroom is the Master wing of the house (when you walk in the room you'll see why!). It is a separate oasis of luxury and solitude. The Master bedroom has a King Size memory foam bed, night stands, lockable door, TV equip with smart Roku (access all your favorite apps). You have access to a sound machine, ear plugs and eye mask for your use if desired. The ensuite bathroom has a walk in dual headed shower, luxury stand alone bath tub, bathrobes, disposable slippers, hair dryer and dual sinks with a massive countertop for getting ready/going to bed. The Master closet attached to the bathroom is a flex space. You can use that for luggage or as an additional sleeping area with two twin blow up mattresses or a pop up crib. The second private bedroom has a Queen size bed with a memory topper, closet, lockable door and TV equipt with Hulu, Netflix and Prime video. You have access to a sound machine, ear plugs and eye mask for your use if desired. The private full bathroom is next door to the second downstairs private room. You have access to bathrobes, disposable slippers and a hair dryer if needed. You have access the following spaces and amenities such as. You also have a fold out Queen size couch in the living room downstairs that can sleep Qty guests as well. All linens needed for the fold out couch or blow up mattresses are located in the Master Closet :
