Monthly stay at a peaceful cul de sack, in Umstead Ridge neighborhood .
Beautiful home away from home. This gorgeous property sits on a private Cul-de sac on an acre land with a seasonal creek running through the backyard. The first level welcomes you with high ceilings entry, double level windows living room, amazing views to the mini forested landscape. There is a large deck to sit outdoors and take it all in. The flowing space takes you to the open breakfast area and fully equipped kitchen. Convenient separate laundry room. There is a cozy formal dinning room. Additionally there is an office/study room with a futon sofa/bed, and a powder room downstairs. Stairway with landing will take you to the 3 bedrooms upstairs. A spacious Master Bedroom with a king size bed, a walk in closet and a fully renovated elegant bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen bed . There is a second full bathroom upstairs to share. This welcoming, embracing, private comfortable 2600 sf. house is ready for your enjoyment.

I loved my experience hosting and making people happy. Now we are in beautiful and blossoming Raleigh where work opportunities are growing and vacationers have lots to discover. This lovely fully furnished home is going in the rental market for the first time.

I love tranquility and nature as well as being close to city amenities. This neighborhood has it all.
It’s quiet, private, lovely for walks with very high end houses in the neighborhood, yet so close to shops and restaurants. Umstead Park is around the corner from us. It has miles of trails, hiking, biking paths, creeks and a lake. Target and Lowe’s, markets, furniture shops are all lined up around Glenwood Ave. Medical care, urgent care, hospitals are all near by. This neighborhood sits between Crabtree Mall and Briar Creek Commons. RDU airport, NC Museum of Art with it’s beautiful parks, NC medical Center are all so close. I couldn’t have found a better location.

This house feels like a vacation home. I decorated it in a welcoming, warm, cozy, eclectic style. It’s surrounded by mature gorgeous trees. It is unique to have found a property with a creek running though it…It’s amazing. On top of it it sits on a cul de sac. It has a long driveway leading to a two car garage. Over an acre of land…It’s like a story book. Previous owner made a very cute permanent playhouse for their kids on one side of the backyard. We added a trampoline.
