This getaway feature a completely private backyard for you to enjoy what Florida has to offer. 8 min drive to both the Hard Rock Casio and Midflorida amphitheater, 15 to Busch Gardens and 25 to Tampa International Airport. With plenty of space to spread out this property has a beautiful pool, areas to lounge in the sun under the palm trees, 3 separate sleeping areas (Main house, a Loft Studio and Private Cottage Apartment) and both Indoor and Outdoor dining areas. Nestled in Seffner, this delightful house offers a tremendous stay for guests. With 6 queen beds and 3 sofa beds spread across 4 bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with a hairdryer for added convenience. In addition, guests can enjoy the cozy living room with 2 sofa beds for extra sleeping space. Enjoy your time in the Tampa/St Pete area at our quiet pool oasis house.

Great place for the family. Excell accomidations and close to grocery, gas, convience store and food options. Hosts were very good at communicating and open to requests that we had traveling in for the week.

The neighborhood was quiet. Showers and bedding were good. The take away is rat infested. We found bread and bananas eaten out of the first night stay. Texted the owners and they called pest control. Pulled the stove to search out where they were coming in. Big hole with several droppings behind it. We had a one year old crawling in the living area next to the kitchen. The owners re embursed 100 spent on mouse traps/sticky pads. (They stuck to the pads but got off). This should be a red flag for people renting this property

Our stay was great, we will stay again in the future if the opportunity arises, we had a large group of family for a wedding and we always enjoyed the property. The hosts’ communication is great and they are very friendly, willing to go the extra mile for us. Only thing I would note is the property is not the easiest for people who needed ada assistance, managed just fine but still good for people to know, 10/10

Family Christmas Getaway

Although we were the first family to stay at this property, under new ownership, some things were to be expected. Owners communicated well with me before, during, and after to ensure we had a great experience. They even threw in extra perks/decorations for a nice holiday experience. Very spacious. Would book again.

1500 letters not enoughmet with cute holiday decorations at check-in, impressed But confused at bedtime when the 6 queen beds really were 4 full 2 queen, more awkward for teen cousins to share futons not pull-out couches, not enough spare sheets to cover them. Futon blanket stained. Crumbs & other gunk in between the seat & back crack as unfoldedpack n play listed was not there; owner had one delivered the next day. Most of the rooms had dimmer lights - nice BUT one of the bedrooms' light couldn't be turned off completely. Owner's suggestion was to flip the breaker off at night, not reasonable as this also turns off electric sockets & eliminates charging for phones (& alarms). 3 rooms either w/o curtains or ones too small. no frosted glass on shower window. Undressing in those 3 bedrms & bathrm impossible when people, like the pool guy or other family, were outside.At breakfast in the morning, several plates had food from previous use. Pots/pans horribly scratched, cutting boards filthy, moldy, stained. Dishwasher not screwed into the counter. Under sink a gross mess.Floor sagged in several areas.Shower in main house cracked through, tub leaked - rotting floor? caulk moldyToilet paper holder falling off wallBedroom Closet - exposed wires & screwsCig. butts, broken glass, beer caps on porch. 1 porch door missing handle.Backyard furniture rusty & algaedSpiral stairs held by zip tie, exposed electric wires moreOwner didn't respond to refund request

My husband and his five friends stayed there for the 2026 NCAA tournament. He said it was sufficient for sleeping but all the guys said they would never let their wives stay there. The pictures online must have been taken sometime ago as they did not match to what they saw when they stayed there. There was a crack in the main house bathtub and if you stepped near it, water would go through it. They thought the tub was going to sink into the floor. When you stepped out of the tub, the floor sank due to water damage. One of their biggest upsets was the dirty pool. It was too dirty to get in. The house was not the cleanest and could use some repairs and maintenance. The patio door was broken. The back door wouldn’t lock. My husband and his friends didn’t say anything until the day they returned. This was a busy weekend for the guys and they didn’t say anything to the owners because they didn’t have the time to try and find another place for six guys. I did talk to the owners. All they offered were apologies. The owners had excellent communication prior to and after the trip.

Quiet and spread out. Most of the area is original Florida suburbs, see the stars light up at night, yet only 15 minutes from downtown Tampa, you get the charm and quiet of the local area.

The ability to have privacy with big groups, 3 separate sleeping areas, with 2 kitchens and a kitchenette, 3 separate bathrooms and the beauty of meeting in the middle with your own private pool and patio.
