This place is lovely! We went with another couple for a concert weekend and it was perfect. Less than 15 minutes from downtown, quiet neighborhood and the restaurant across the street is cute and delicious. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town.

The place is lovely and just perfect for old friends to gather. Would definitely stay again. The floor is not sound proofed so can hear downstairs neighbors but that wasn't a problem for us.

Great stay in Louisville!

We came to enjoy a few days on the bourbon trail and this was the perfect spot for our home base. Cute and updated house in a quiet area that was a close drive to restaurants and bars.

Great Stay!

This property is clean, comfy & nicely decorated. Its location in Germantown is within walking distance to several restaurants. We had a great stay & would book again if in the area. Having some seating on the front porch would be an awesome addition.

Gorgeous Stay in Louisville!

This property was exactly as pictured! It was ultra-clean and very well-appointed. It was less than 10 minutes to get to all of our favorite places in the city. This was just the kind of vibe we were looking for in our Louisville trip! Highly recommended!

Perfect stay

Arrived from Wi on Wednesday afternoon. House was clean, very quiet, and very homey. Nice coffee shop across the street. Owners were great to communicate with. Very quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again.

Quiet and very cute!

We had a great stay. The apartment was quiet, very clean and cutely decorated. The furniture was sturdy. Parking was no problem either. The host, Karen, was welcoming and messaged in to make sure we had everything we needed. I’d stay here again and would recommend it to anyone:)

Just as described and had everything we needed! Parking was right in front and free. TVs are HUGE and in every room! Very clean and had any amenity that we needed! Only 10 mins from Kentucky Exposition Center! Perfect all the way around!!! A

Bright, clean, newer, great decorating. Easy to find. Big space and nicely spread out. Close by to markets and a coffee shop across the street and another right down the street. 15 minutes to anything in Louisville. Parking is available on the street or behind the house. I had to contact the owner since the downstairs unit was rented out and they were using both parking spots. She fixed the issue quickly. Check in is easy, lockbox to a key, only 1 key. Would be nice to have a keypad lock so you wouldn't have to carry a key around.

Thanks for the positive review Craig! We'll reconsider the keypad idea again, but we had issues with them in the past and went back to lock boxes- happy to report no issues for years. The parking is a first come first serve basis to our registered guests in both units. Glad we could connect with the other guests who were happy to accommodate. Hope to see you again!

I was born and raised in Louisville, Ky! My husband and I moved to this neighborhood in 1997 and wouldn't live anywhere else in Louisville! We started hosting in 2017 as a side hustle and now have 8 homes in the neighborhood that we own and manage.
We love meeting our guests, hearing their travel stories, and telling them about all the great things to do and see and EAT in Louisville!

Brand new top floor 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit with private parking pad in the back for guests! Hard to find!
Germantown is steeped in history and is known for it's local vibe. We enjoy walking to dinner or riding our golf cart around the neighborhood to local restaurants, shops, and events. The energy of the neighborhood is vibrant and active, always something going on but having your home as a hub can be relaxing after the day's events. Parking is a breeze with dedicated parking in the back for registered guests.

We know every nook of this house because we built it from scratch! We love the ease and comfort of this apartment. You can sit in the rocker/swivel chairs and look out the front window while you drink your morning cup and read a book or surf the web.
Cook a meal in the fully stocked kitchen or just enjoy some coffee around the island with your loved ones.
Catch up on your sleep! Our bedrooms have blackout cellular blinds and curtains for a restful night's sleep.
We've provided all the amenities to host the most comfortable stay when you are here. Our Guidebook is a great place to start to see quickly what to do and where to go in this vibrant city!
The parking pad in the back adds to the ease of "always having a spot". All of our properties are monitored on the exterior of the home by cameras for added peace of mind.
**If you have a larger group you can rent the downstairs 2bdrm/2bath as well-sleeps 4. OR, We also own the houses on either side and they also operate as short term rentals- each home is a 1 bedroom and accommodates up to 4 people each.
