Lakeside 3-bedroom house with spacious living areas and all amenities

Please note there is a one-month minimum rental requirement for this location. Monthly rent is $2700 plus cleaning and any pet fees; additional days after a one-month period are $90/night.

The house was built in the 1950s by our grandparents, and was one of the first homes on the west shore of Rock Lake. A screened-in deck, garage and living room / kitchen expansion were added in the 1980s.

We are offering this home for the first time this fall, and are hoping to share it with folks who enjoy relaxing on the lake while easily accessing larger urban areas and/or working remotely.

The Lake Mills area offers wonderful outdoor opportunities for hiking and biking along with plenty of restaurants, breweries and shops. Rock Lake provides a multitude of summer water sports and fishing, and ice fishing in the winter.

Mills House is comfortably furnished and includes all amenities. It has spacious living areas, an all-season porch suitable for sleeping, and a lakeside deck.

Two upstairs bedrooms include 1) a full bed and half bath, and 2) four twin beds. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and a full bath across the hallway with a separate shower and bathtub.

Pets are welcomed.
