NEW, clean & sunny, 2bd, private deck, 15min to Wrigley!

Looking for a spot during some Cubs games or a concert? Or just a lovely relaxing spot for a weekend in the city?

YOU FOUND IT! Clean, tons of sunlight, newly renovated 2bd near restaurants & bars, in beautiful Irving/Horner Park (and straight 15min shot to Wrigley by bus or nearby FREE shuttle!). Fully stocked kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry, TV with included streaming services, and internet. Huge shared yard (dogs welcome!), AND a private front porch!

This apartment has a large living room, two bedrooms - one queen bed, one full bed (very comfortable, new mattresses!), and a big kitchen with an eat-at peninsula. Bathroom is fresh and clean with a new large soaking bathtub and a shower (with great water pressure!). The home is on a large extra wide lot so there is a huge shared yard, large patio and with the extra wide lot, sunlight pours in every window.

Very short walk to Irving Park and Addison Busses, 15min walk to the train. Close to Portillos, local bars/restaurants, and Target. The neighborhood is very walkable, and gorgeous Horner Park is a few blocks north (dog park, green space, and a farmers market in the warmer months!).

Super cute apartment with everything you need in a great neighborhood. It's walkable to parks and restaurants, and sits in a quiet residential area that's close to the northside action. The outdoor space is also lovely! Tori was great to communicate with and super accommodating. We will stay again next time we are in Chicago.

Street parking was available for both of our cars. Vrbo was incredibly clean with lots of bright lighting and many windows for natural light. Host had kids toys, high chair, pack n play, and books to entertain the kids, along with plastic cups and bowls for the kids to eat out of without having to worry about breaking dishes. Very kid friendly and walkable neighborhood. Parks nearby with equipment and many restaurants within walking distance. Host provided many blankets as well. There is a balcony which is nice to sit on at night and backyard for the kids.

Delightful, cozy home in lovely neighborhood

We loved staying in this darling house on a quiet street in the Irving Park neighborhood. The house is well-equipped, with a beautiful garden, and very comfortable. The neighborhood has lots of great shops and restaurants. Tori was terrific about communication and easy to work with.

We just got back from an extended month long stay in Chicago, and we could not have asked for a more perfect home for our trip. The unit, and our host Tori, were far beyond what we were hoping for. Right inside our favorite Chicago neighborhoods, our space was beautifully redone with quality finishes and furniture, fully stocked with all the household items we could need, and a backyard patio & front deck that made us feel like home. Parking was always in front, the neighborhood was lovely to walk our dogs, and plenty of places close by to spend our time with easy access to downtown when we needed it. Above all, Tori made our stay just a step above - she was far and above the best host we have had in our travels, and our pups would agree. We are frequent visitors of the Irving Park/Roscoe/Lakeview neighborhoods, and will be staying here all of our future trips. Thank you again Tori!!

Sunny and cheery

First of all, the pictures does not do this place justice. It was so bright and sunny and well decorated. It was WELL stocked with anything you could think of. And our hostess was the mostess. Thank you again Tori for everything. I just loved the place! Easy parking as well, that's always a plus in my book!

Super nice, vintage Chicago-style unit

First time booking a Vrbo, and, thankfully, it was almost flawless. Our host communicated with us from the start. She told us what to expect, how to enter the unit (the keypads were tricky at first because we’re just not used to it, but it seems common in Chicago), asked what else we needed (she then left us a high chair, all set up and ready), provided a pack and play for nine-month old grandson, gave us white noise machines - just in case things got noisy, stocked the kitchen and bathroom with essential items-even a few spices & cooking oils, plus unexpected sundries/extras in the bathroom cabinets, and there was even a washer/dryer included with detergent and dryer sheets. The finishes and furnishings were upscale, the bedding was comfortable, the TV had Roku access. She even gave us a portable AC unit (the unit did have centralair, btw) due to the excessive Chicago heat that week. We even had a roomy balcony to chill on. We could easily walk to a brewery, Target, local markets, breakfast spots, and public transit. It is 2nd floor, fyi, so make sure your knees don’t mind. ;) Fairly priced, beautiful neighborhood and a very nice unit. You won’t be disappointed.
