Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom, located on the main floor, boasts a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom stocked with hotel grade towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash..

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds with a Jack N Jill bathroom, located upstairs
Bedroom 4: One full bed plus one twin bed with Jack N Jill Bathroom, located upstairs

This home boasts 3 full bathrooms stocked with hotel grade bath towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There are two full en- suite bathrooms on the second floor, one en-suite bathroom on the main floor and additionally, there is one half bathroom on the main floor.

The well-appointed kitchen is a culinary haven featuring a gourmet range, bar top with seating area, and island. The kitchen seamlessly connects to a light-filled dining room, offering expansive forest views and a large dining table seating six. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located in the heart of Winter Park. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions close by with easy access to I-70 ,trails, and ski resorts,
There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information.
The morning of check-in we will send you a link which contains an electronic guidebook. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. We have also included suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more.
IMPORTANT: 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended in winter months. Our contract with the snow plowing company states that plows will be deployed only once 6” of snow has accumulated on the roads. We will not be able to send someone until then.
This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

After using the grill, please be sure to close the propane tank after use.
Please close the garage door after pulling your vehicle in or out of the garage; water pipes are located in the garage and can freeze, causing severe damage.
