We are the most accessible neighborhood in the area with paved roads nearly to our door. Windsong Lodge is located on 5 acres with access to the town only minutes away. We own and manage the property so we pride ourselves in your visit being amazing!

Skiing: Breckenridge is 18 miles away

Hunting: Easy access to Pike National Forest. We are in Unit 500. Extra freezer in laundry room.

What a perfect location! We are hidden in the trees with stellar views of the three 14,000 ft. peaks in the valley - Mt Buckskin, Mt Sherman, and Mt Sheridan. Only 18 miles to Breckenridge but you're able to escape the tourist traps and experience a real, no-kidding mountain town.

We are on a 5 acre lot with no neighbors in sight and gorgeous old trees all around. The entry roads are paved making it easy access. (During periods of snowfall, we recommend 4-wheel drive or AWD). Some other neighborhoods are impassable at times, but not Glacier Ridge.

You can easily get to both Alma and Fairplay to enjoy the fun food and unique shopping experience. Downtown South Park City, hiking, biking, hunting, 4-wheeling, ancient trees, 14'ers, and skiing are all easily accessible!

We recommend a 4-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle for your vacation. The entry road from HWY-9 is paved within 100 yards of our gravel driveway making us the most accessible neighborhood in the Southpark area. The driveway is on a hill to get you up to our spectacular views. The neighborhood is good at plowing and we have a personal snow removal service that is great. We wouldn't recommend relying on Uber here. ;o

*Embrace your vacation in the deep mountains and drive 4WD or AWD!
*Security cameras are located by the front and back door and the garage. These are for your safety. They are positioned so that they do not look into any windows for your privacy. They do monitor the hot tub so that it doesn't freeze if left open!
*There are wild animals in our forest! Be wise and kind as you are in their domain. Bear and Mountain lion would rather not see you but please take care to protect them by not leaving trash out or food in your vehicles.
*Additional signed rental agreement required within 48 hours of booking or before check-in whichever comes first.
*Follow all Hot Tub rules.
*Please remove your shoes in our home.
*No smoking allowed on the property, this includes marijuana.
*No parties or events.
*Do not engage in illegal activities. This includes illegal downloads.
