This two-bedroom unit can sleep up to 7 people and pets are welcome, too! It is the perfect location for a short weekend jaunt, or for a longer staycation at the beach! Need to sneak in some work while you're here? No problem - as this unit is equipped with a desk, and free high-speed WiFi. One deck has a propane barbecue grill and lovely views of the water and gorgeous Birch Bay sunsets. The second deck off the bedroom has an electric fire pit to sit around and enjoy a relaxing evening, making wonderful memories with one another. The unit is tastefully decorated and the owner has created a very comfortable environment for a quiet getaway. There is a king size bed in one room and a queen bed in the second. There is also a unique mini loft in one bedroom with a twin bed - like a secret fort, excellent for kids and kids-at-heart! The sofa in the living room also pulls out into a comfortable sofa bed. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery for those family gatherings. There are two bathrooms with two showers, and there is also a washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience.

Steps from the beach, where you can enjoy clam digging, crabbing, bird watching, beach combing, rock skipping, and so much more. The beach also has areas for fire pits, if you want to roast some hot dogs or s'mores!

The unit includes a Keurig coffee maker and a wine fridge, and the owner has also provided many board games, books, DVDs, and a Sony PlayStation 4 (with games) for you to enjoy during your stay. Pickleball equipment is available for you to use, as well. The smart TV can connect to your favorite apps and streaming services, so you don't have to miss your favorite shows, and there is a Bluetooth speaker for you to play your favorite music.

While being our guests at Jacob's Landing, you can enjoy all the amenities the clubhouse has to offer, like the indoor pool, soaking hot tub, tennis court, pickleball court, racquetball court, basketball hoop, and a game room with foosball and ping-pong tables for the kids!
