We are sorry but we do not give in to professional malcontents who try to scam owners out of their legitimate fees if they don't get a refund. There is no issue in the unit with the hot water, if it works in one place - it works everywhere. We just checked it; there is nothing wrong. Moreover, no other guests have had an issue with it. There is also nothing wrong with the stove. However, based on the next guest's report we did have the microwave replaced - if you had told us while you were there that there was an issue with it we would have replaced it while you were there (as we did for the next guests) - but you never contacted us about this issue or any of the other issues your raised in the review. There are bathrooms/changing rooms for both pools up one flight of stairs which is mandated by local zoning laws. The resort is not allowed to place bathrooms on the ground level due to concerns about flooding and septic waste if there is a hurricane (as there was last year). We have been owners and renters at the resort for 15 years and this is the first complaint we've ever had regarding the bathrooms for the pools. The deck chairs are $1000.00 polywood adirondack chairs which are nearly indestructible - so again we don't understand what your issue is.

Thank you for feedback. Not sure what the issue is with the water pressure, we have never had a problem with it before. We called a plumber to check. Sorry about the elevators. The resort has been dealing with some hidden damage from the storms last year. They are all now finally working.
