Escape to the Lake

This cottage has everything you need to enjoy time at the Lake! It’s clean and newly renovated. You can have your coffee or watch the sunset perfectly while sitting in the reclining massaging chair or on the front deck. The backyard area is private and allows you to relax in the hot tub. Beautiful!

Quiet getaway

After working the 4th of July weekend, the two of us (45) needed two days away from home. The view from the front porch of Lake Erie was beautiful! The hot tub in the fenced in backyard was clean and very relaxing. The location of the property was great; close enough to many things without being overly populated. The area has a nice old school lake getaway feeling. Would recommend to empty nesters.

Was perfect for what we needed

We have a family properly right down the street but needed some extra room for a wedding. It's a lovely property, great views, nice amenities, the hot tub is really nice and my partner told me she wished she had taken a screenshot of the mattress tag because she slept so well and wants to buy the same mattress

Amazing views

Beautiful cottage! Views of lake were fantastic! We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that we didn’t get to use the hot tub (it needed chemicals added). Property was clean and host was very responsive to questions. Easy checkin process.

Amazing weekend trip with above and beyond correspondence with owners

Me and my friends were looking to get away for a fun little weekend and had an amazing time at the property. Everything was very well cleaned and organized and when we discovered all one of the locks didn’t work, it was properly dealt with within the hour. We felt very safe and secure within the home and we had an amazing weekend trip. Absolutely would book again in the future. Thank you very much for our host and property manager.

Inside was very clean. Not many amenities in kitchen, no dishwasher soap, not enough towels and washcloth's, and exterior doors and windows were dirty. Outside grass was almost knee high, weeds in driveway and by house, deck and walkways not swept, hot tub very dirty inside and out. Outside ashtray containers full, lots of cobweb’s and bugs on outside of cottage. Looked very unkept compared to surrounding homes. Not the beachy vibe I was hoping for when booking a place right on the lake.

I booked this newly listed property as it had a full lake view and had been totally renovated. I was also excited to use the hot tub and utilize the fenced in back yard for my dog. The inside of the home was immaculately cleaned and renovated. The basic needs were barely covered and not very stocked. My friend and I stayed for four nights and there were not adequate towels and no beach towels if we were going to use the hot tub. The outside areas were not clean or swept. The grass was not mowed and was quite long. The hot tub was extremely dirty on the inside and out. It was such a shame to not be able to take advantage of the outside areas. Prior to my stay I had messaged the host on the app several times with no response. I had to call customer service to get his phone number. Once I was able to speak with him, he took care of my concerns. I had also advised him of the neglected outside areas and unusable hot tub. Someone was sent out that day to mow the front and side lawn, but nothing was done with the backyard during our stay. The host assured me that things will be taken care of in the future. I hope so because I would like to return.
