Very clean & comfortable. Had a great experience with Young’s Suncoast. Only thing I would’ve liked is a small vacuum in the unit for sand. Otherwise it was perfect!

Nice, clean condo with comfortable beds. Great balcony with wonderful ocean view.

It was a very comfortable stay. Convenient to restaurants, golf courses and hiking trails. The reservation process and check in/out were very easy and efficient. The ocean view was spectacular. We saw dolphins every morning. Also appreciated having a swimming pool option. The condo location was great for all of our dining, shopping and outdoor activities.

Family friendly

The condo use to be owned by my grandparents years ago when I was a little girl. We visited every Springbreak and several weeks out of the summer. This trip was very sentimental to me and my girls. It was just as I remembered only with great updates/decor. Very cozy and warm. Loved every minute of it!!

Great condo..great view

Loved our stay and the balcony and the ocean view are worth every penny. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The bedding could be updated soon. The ac worked great thank goodness as it was very hot. The pool is no frills and the water can get a bit warm by afternoon but the building is smaller and easier to get around in versus some of the high rise condos. My only suggestion is that the host provide some basic condiments like salt/pepper/sugar and laundry pods. We drove in so I could bring all that but had we flew it would of been a hassle. Very!!! Much enjoyed our stay

Spring break for the family

The condo was very nice and the view from the condo is fabulous! You can see the water from the kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom! We loved it. The condo had everything that we needed and the surrounding area was very nice.

Had a great time and the accommodations were perfect for the group! Really enjoyed our stay in your facilities. On a side note the picture behind the front door (covering the electrical panel) glass was broke Upon our arrival and we removed the picture from the wall so it would not be damaged anymore. Tried to rehang the picture this morning but was unable to as someone’s crude attempt to make a wire hanger from a coat hanger! Thanks in advance

First time staying in Orange Beach

We enjoyed our stay at Romar condos. I personally enjoy the smaller condos with less people and this was one of those. The condo was perfect for our family and was equipped with everything we needed. I only have one suggestion and that would be for the cleaners to make sure they sweep and mop before the next guest arrive. I looked for a broom to sweep and I couldn’t find one, only a vacuum.

Nice condo for short Girls weekend

Condo was a perfect size. Location was great. Would like to have had a broom to clean up with. Need more than one elevator for all tenants. Didn’t like being texted the entire time we were there reminding me that I needed to check out in 2 days, in 1 day, in a few hours.

Kansas family vacay

This was a great experience. Lovely condo, easy access to the beautiful beach. Only suggestion is that home staples like salt/pepper, sugar, hangars in closets, more trash bags (we were allotted 2 for a 4 day stay, ) more paper towels and TP available. Maybe that's the norm, but not what we've experienced with other rentals. Other than those small things, this property had everything we needed. Thank u!

Perfect Summer Vacation Rental

We couldn’t have picked a better spot to rent for the week. Everything was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. We prefer smaller condominium buildings just like this one. The beach in front of the condo was not crowded at any point. We will definitely rent this place again!

It was nice, pretty with a perfect view and convenient for the ocean and shopping. Walmart and other stores were really close. The beach and condo wasn't crowded at all & the balcony was huge. The refrigerator was awful, wouldn't keep anything cold, I mean our milk was piss warm and couldn't even be drank. We had to toss out chicken because it went bad because it wasn't kept cool enough in the fridge. Freezer worked fine. The jets in the tub in the master bed room blew out horrible smelling water when you turned them on. Check out time is 10:00 am but don't be fooled, they will change the code to your door and you will be locked out before 10! We had to call and have them reset it like 10-15 till because we got locked out loading our vehicle up. Who ever "Ginger" is at the main office, she sucks. More than once she treated me as an inconvenience over the phone. Everyone else there was nice tho. Spoke with the manager once, Lori? Anyway she was so nice and helpful. Over all experience was nice for the week. A working fridge would've been awesome but the beds were so comfy, and the view was the best.

Very nice condo, but could have been cleaner.

We were pleased with the rooms of the condo and the layout. The bedrooms were very good size and beds were comfortable. All of the furnishings were nice and updated. I'm sure the owner is not aware, but the condo wasn't very clean. The floors and counter tops had sand on them and the furniture was very dusty. We washed a load of towels and they would never get dry, but felt hot. I finally found the dryer lint screen in the back of the dryer drum and and it was probably over and inch thick in lint. It probably needs serviced because I could feel a lot of sand below the lint screen and lint was built up behind it as well. My suggestion, find a different cleaning service. Overall, we loved the condo and it was a great location. The balcony was big and overlooked the ocean and pool.

Nice, with nice new upgrades.

The condo was nice with nice new upgrades and a beautiful view. The balcony is a good size with comfortable seating and a nice table for eating. One of my favorite parts of beach vacations is being able to sit out on the balcony and listen to the ocean. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms and bathrooms are a good size. The living room is also a nice size. The kitchen is very nice just small, which wasn't a problem for our stay as there were only 3 of us. I gave it 4 stars because there is no wifi. I never thought to check this as an amenity as I thought these days that's a given. No wifi is a problem when you have to work while on vacation. This was a big disappointment and a problem. Otherwise our stay was very nice and enjoyable.
