This waterfront villa centrally located in the Village of Marsh Bend, It features 2 inviting bedrooms - the master has a king bed and the guest a queen bed. The cozy living room also offers a sofa bed for extra guests. The bonus room is a nature lovers dream with oversize windows to enjoy the view. Nearby Magnolia plaza is golf cart accessible and is home to shopping (Publix), dining, banking, personal care, CVS pharmacy, and 7-Eleven. Within a short golf cart ride, food, music and dancing can be found at Brownwood Paddock, Edna's on the Green, Sawgrass Grove as well as the New Eastport. With amenities like WiFi, TV's in living and master bedroom, guests can relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The two bathrooms with showers and hair dryers add convenience to your stay. Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our 14 day stay. The location gave us easy accessibility to walking and biking trails. It is located a very short distance from Magnolia Plaza where there is a Publix and several options for dining. The kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances and cookware.Hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Location

If we had a need, the owner promptly responded. The location was perfect with the plaza just around the corner. The recreation center was also around the corner where we played pickelball. We access to everything we needed. We would stay there again.

Fantastic owner

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, Suzanne Bird is a fantastic host! Promp messaging and very detailed instructions. The home was beautiful and located conveniently close to everything. This is by far one of our best stays in the villages over the past few years. We'll definitely come back.

Awesome Villa

We had a short trip on short notice and we were lucky to find this place. The layout of the Villa is awesome and roomy. The back porch area was cool to watch the wildlife in the pond. It was in a very quite area but was really close to just about anything and everything. It's only about a 15 minute golf cart ride to Brownwood and within walking distance of the Publix and other shopping. We will definitely reach out to the owners when we visit again

Best VRBO I've ever stayed at

Everything about this experience was A. I have stayed in VRBOs all over the world and this was by far the best. Every detail was upgraded more than expected. Communication with the host was excellent. I needed assistance with one aspect, and was able to FaceTime with them so that I could see what I was doing incorrectly. Wonderful hosts and the nicest people I have interacted with while using VRBO.
