✨ Pet Policy

We welcome ONE dog (no cats) with prior approval at inquiry.
To approve your dog, please provide:

Size/weight

Age

Confirmation of house training (dogs must be fully trained to avoid accidents, especially on carpets and in bedrooms)

Only well-trained pets that meet our criteria will be accepted to help preserve the quality of the home.

The Villages spans several postal zones, so homes may show Wildwood, Okahumpka, Sumterville, or Lady Lake as the address, but they are fully inside The Villages® community and includes full access to its amenities.
No Smoking or Vaping on Premises ($200 to $500 penalty charged if house rule is ignored)
Cats not allowed ($500 to $1,000 penalty charged if house rule is ignored)
Dog Upon Approval. Please send details about the dog before booking. Limit in size and how many. If there is excessive amount of hair, an additional fee of $200 will be taken from the Security Deposit to cover for a deep cleaning.

🔔 IMPORTANT – High Season Booking Policy (January–April)

During the peak season of January through April, full-month rentals are prioritized.

For partial-month stays, the following rules apply:

We will only accept reservations that begin on the 1st of the month,
or end on the last day of the month,
or seamlessly connect with an existing reservation already on the calendar.

We cannot accept bookings that fall in the middle of the month when the beginning and/or end of the month remain vacant.

This policy ensures fairness, availability, and smooth scheduling for all seasonal guests.

Pet & Service Animal Policy
• Service dogs are always welcome at no extra charge.
• Emotional support or other pets may incur an additional $150 cleaning fee if their stay requires specialized cleaning (e.g., heavy shedding from a Labrador).
• Any damages caused by animals—including service dogs—will be billed separately via Airbnb’s resolution process.
