The Space:

No matter the season or the reason, you’ll have an unlimited number of possibilities to enjoy the natural sights and experiences that this area has in abundance. The city’s namesake world-class ski resort is just a short drive or free shuttle ride south of the home where you can spend full days swishing down the mountain in the fresh powder. Beyond skiing and snowboarding, however, this area offers plenty of additional snow-themed activities such as adventure parks and snow tubing, sleigh rides, and ice skating. In the warmer months, the area blossoms with hiking and biking trails, gondola rides over stunning mountain views, ropes courses, a thrilling alpine slide, and much more.



Back at the home, located in the Beaver Village Condominium community, guests will also have access to desirable onsite amenities such as the indoor heated pool, hot tub, and sauna – an ideal place to relax and unwind after a long day out and about. You’ll be just 2 blocks away from restaurants, shopping, and nightlife, giving you the option to make the journey on foot or by shuttle which conveniently makes a stop right at the resort. Enjoy views of the woods and the Continental Divide lined with tall pines from the home’s private balcony, taking in the crisp mountain air or firing up the barbeque for a delicious grilled dinner.



Stepping indoors, the cozy living room offers a plush sofa with chaise lounge surrounding a gas fireplace, the perfect spot for a toasty movie night courtesy of the mounted smart TV. The tall and stately dining room table is just steps away, seating 6 for both formal meals and an energetic night of games. The attractive kitchen is fully equipped for all your mealtime needs, with modern appliances, cookware, dining ware, and drip coffee maker all on hand and ready to assist.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a full-over-full bunk bed with a full trundle, as well as a TV and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and shower/tub combo.
