Location, location, location....just 2 miles from Dollywood.

Our unit is on the top (6th floor) with a golf course view. We have 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. The Resort has an indoor heated pool and a lazy river to enjoy which is included with your stay or for a fee treat yourself to a massage at the on-site spa. In the evenings on the nights when Dollywood has fireworks, you can see them from our cozy private balcony.

Great Stay!

I booked this place about 6 months or more out, for my sons World Series being held at the Ripken Experience! It was originally supposed to be my family of five staying(mom, dad, 10, 6, 4). I was a little worried about the size of the place based off the pictures on listing but it’s where my sons entire baseball team was staying so we would just make due with it. Things changed and only my son and I ended up on the trip, and we also had to end upcoming in a day early! I messaged the host before getting on the road to make the 10 hour drive there to ask if it was at all possible if we could check in early! Within a couple hours they had responded saying yes! That the guest before us left a day early and the place was clean and ready to go! That alone would have made me give 5 stars! However after arriving….the place is soooo big! Not only could my family of 5 had fit if we all came but literally another family of 5 could have almost stayed as well! The pictures do this place no justice! Its absolutely great! We enjoyed the lazy river or the pool on the property literally every night we were there! My son and his teammates loved the creek out back! I took a walk around the property one day and it was so night! It’s located right amongst the hustle and bustle of everything! We really enjoyed our stay and I hope we end up back here next year!

Easy access to everything

We came in for spring break on the same weekend as one of the hot rod shows and thanks to the location of this property we were still able to do stuff in town, even though there was a lot of traffic! The location was perfect for doing activities around town, going to Dollywood, and exploring the smoky Mountains!

Great place

This place was clean, and in a great location. We are a family that was wanting to visit Dollywood and this was a great location for that. There was great communication with the owners. Also, having a 24 hour pool was awesome, especially trying to entertain a child later in the evening. Overall, would love to stay again if we get the opportunity and would definitely recommend to anyone that is considering this place.

Ok , other properties we have stayed at have dish soap, garbage bags, Kleenex, coffee, condiments for the coffee just a little disappointed we had to go out and get those

Great Location!

We stay at Riverstone every year in November. Great location. This was the first time staying not river front and I was dreading it but it was actually really nice on the golf course, it also has a little screen porch that would be nice in non-winter months. It is one of the few VRBOs rented where we didn't have to wash towels constantly due to the amount allocated for a stay. Which was nice. Very roomy and would stay here again.

Overall great location near attractions and nice unit with amenities. Unit needed some basic maintenance and sleeper couch not functional.

We love Riverstone resort! Great stay!

We had a great time, plenty of room for everyone. We had trouble finding bedding for the pullout couch but the owners were quick to respond and I’m not sure how we overlooked the bedding in the first place. Will stay again!

Great Price and Stay!

We've stayed at Riverstone before. The location is great, especially since we always go to Dollywood. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions. The condo was beautifully decorated and maintained. The only issues we had were the clothes dryer timer knob was missing, there were no beach towels for the pool, and there were only 2 hand towels for the entire condo. Still, this is a great condo for the price and we would stay here again.

Love Riverstone Resort!

Great room. Other than ice machine and dryer not working, everything was perfect. Could have been user error? Riverstone is a great resort. We have been several times before and would go back again.
