Double Diamond Rentals - Your Tranquil Retreat
Welcome to the sought-after Acreage in Royal Palm Beach. Available is a fully-furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom entire private unit. As part of a separate dual residence, located on the main home's east side, you will have the entire space to yourself, surrounded by lush landscaping to provide a peaceful retreat. This unit has a full-size granite kitchen with a living area and a queen-sized bed located in the separate bedroom. It comes with all utilities included and is equipped with a washer/dryer in the unit. High-speed internet access is also provided, catering to both leisure and professional needs.
Enjoy the full-sized bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is equipped for your convenience, with a microwave/convectional oven combo, an air fryer, and a Ninja Foodie multi-cooker, along with a charcoal grill. You will find a full-sized refrigerator and plenty of cabinet space, to meet all your culinary needs.
As you walk out the door, you are greeted with a large 8x8 brick patio with a brick private walkway that leads to the parking area in the front of the home. For your vehicle, several parking spaces in the driveway ensures parking is never a concern. You can even park large vehicles or RVs, with plenty of space to meet your needs.
When you step off the patio, you will appreciate the tranquil backyard views, including a fully fenced 1.25 acre lot that backs to a canal. Additionally, there is a large 4x13 private storage area in the backyard to store items if desired.
Our place is located in a lush green setting away from it all. Just 4 miles away you will enter the Village of Royal Palm Beach with stores, restaurants and amenities.
You are conveniently located near Northlake Blvd and FL7 for easy access. If you want to live it up head for downtown West Palm Beach and its endless beaches including famous Palm Beach Island or Wellington Polo Grounds all within easy reach.
You will have convenient access to major hospital sites, including, but not limited to, Palms West, Wellington Regional, St. Mary's, JFK, Bethesda, and Jupiter.

The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and smart thermostat. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up the exterior security cameras at any time.

Welcome to Double Diamond Rentals (TN), providing furnished single-family homes to travel professionals and vacationers in the best and safest places in Central Arkansas!
In 2017, I moved from the area and provided my family home to travel nurses. Over the past five years, I noticed travel professionals struggled to find a furnished home in a safe neighborhood, and that is exactly what my home had to offer. I had to turn down many people needing a mid-term rental..
Move ahead five years to 2022, I was moving back to Central Arkansas and would once again occupy my family home. I would no longer have a home to offer for those that need a safe place to stay. My wife and I decided in April we will buy multiple single-family homes that are modern, newly furnished and in the best and safest cities and neighborhoods in and around Little Rock. To accomplish this, I pitched my idea to a good friend of nearly 40 years, and he agreed to partner and start buying homes. We agreed and Double Diamond Rentals was born. My wife and I would reside in the Central Arkansas area and personally manage these homes ourselves, and will not use any property management companies. We believe personal customer service is essential. I know how difficult it is to move to an area that is unfamiliar, and I strive to provide the comfort that our homes are in great safe areas that are convenient to all the amenities the area has to offer. I also wanted to make sure all hospitals are within a short commute.
In September, we just finished setting up and furnished our eighth home. I am proud to say that all the homes are filled with travel nurses, families waiting to purchase their own homes and military personnel. Each month I have homes coming available, and I strive to make sure everyone that needs a home will have one. My number one compliment on my homes is always the areas they are located in, and of how nicely furnished they are, making it feel like a home away from home!
