It’s the perfect location to escape and unwind or to enjoy water sports such as Kiteboarding, Kayaking, and Sailing. Walk 15 minutes along the beach to The Shore Club to enjoy their bars and fine-dining restaurant.

Just over 2 miles from Grace Bay, you are moments from all it offers, including luxury fine-dining restaurants, bars, and shops. Golfers will want to book a tee time at Providenciales Golf Course, which is 2.5 miles away. Or alternatively, take an afternoon or evening to stroll around Blue Haven Yacht Marina, 4 miles away. Plan on an 8-mile drive to the property from the island’s International Airport.

The cost of electricity in the Turks & Caicos Islands has always been very expensive. This is further exacerbated by recent global increases in fuel pricing which have put this cost at an all-time high.

All guests are asked to be mindful of their energy consumption and particularly as it relates to Air Conditioning (AC). If you are running the AC, please ensure doors and windows remain closed.

The owner of your vacation rental will cover up to $60.00/day (sixty US Dollars) for electricity consumption. On the last day of this rental, the meter will be read, and any amount over this allowance will be charged to the lessee's card on file at a rate of $0.60 per KWH.
