Pet-friendly 2-bedroom duplex close to BNA with fast WiFi

Pet-friendly two-story duplex close to BNA (3 miles). This spot is cozy and provides plenty of space for up to five people. Downstairs includes cable tv, futon, dining table, full kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer & dryer, patio with bbq/fire pit. Upstairs consists of two bedrooms (one queen and one full-sized bed) and a full bathroom. Grocery store and bus route within 0.5 miles. Wifi included. My husband and I live on the other side of the duplex so we are close by if you ever need anything!
There is an orange cat named Fire that roams the property who may try to enter with you. He is welcome inside if you want to let him in but feel free to shoo him away if you don’t want him inside.
The space is close to a very busy road so there will be noise coming from the road. It’s not loud but you may hear a car revving every so often.

The host has the unit in very clean condition. They also provide many “extras” such as coffee, bottled water, soaps, shampoo, etc. We also enjoyed our encounters with Fire the cat. Accessing the unit isn’t the easiest of walks so if you have mobility issues please be aware.

Great stay for us and our dogs! Rooms were comfy, I loved that it was a Roku tv (random little things) and that the apartment was stocked with water and coffee. We were very comfortable and it’s very well located for road trips since we were near the highway. Neighborhood felt safe and the neighborhood cats were all friendly which shows that they’re used to people being around and welcoming.

Tucked back in a neighborhood near the airport. Grocery store nearby. Great for a few nights in town with 30ish minute or less drives to many Nashville suburbs and tourist areas.

Overall the home was very clean and looked as described in the photo, but from the outside view we were concerned about getting outta the vehicle and if u don't like cats or have cat allergies this isn't the place for u lots of cats around. But it was quiet, clean and comfortable except for the futon sofa which was uncomfortable unless u laid down on it by yourself. Never saw or spoke with the owners saw a man pull up next to my vehicle but he didn't speak or anything so I don't who he was.. But home was well equipped with everything u needed and beds were comfy glad I had my tablet to watch TV on so I could be comfy in my room.. Location was great and close to everything u would want or need..

Truly Amazing Experience

The location is fantastic...minutes from a grocery store, and about 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's close enough to be convenient, while far enough to be in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The neighbors were very friendly, and cat lovers will be in heaven as there are 3-4 in the immediate area...one's particularly social. The property itself is as advertised. There were two in our party, but there's plenty of space for a few more.Last, but certainly not least...the host was one of, if not the, best hosts I've ever interacted with. She was ridiculously accommodating, bending over backward to make sure we were satisfied.If you're considering Nashville...go, it's an amazing, and uniquely memorable experience. If you're considering this property, go for it...you won't be disappointed.

Really nice stay

Our visit was wonderful! The property was as described in the listing. It was clean, comfortable, quiet, and very conveniently located. We were in town for Vanderbilt’s graduation. During commute time, it was only about 25 minutes from the campus. The property was very quiet, and plenty spacious for our needs. We will definitely look into staying there again for future visits to Nashville.

We wanted to stay around nashville and this location was great about 30 minutes from broadway. This place was super clean and nice. I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay in Nashville

This property is beautiful and very clean. I was very happy to find it a very quiet place to stay while I was in Nashville the property manager is very kind and attentive to all the needs of the person staying here. Checking in and checking out was a breeze and I will be staying here again. This was well worth the price.

My husband and I have lived in Nashville for the last 20+ years. We love visiting our favorite food spots and hiking. We love being able to provide a place to stay close enough to downtown to have fun and quick access to the airport.

Nashboro Village provides a beautiful area with a mix of houses, townhomes, and apartments. It can be quite noisy since it is a big and busy neighborhood.
