Tucked away on 1.5 wooded acres in a peaceful neighborhood, this charming retreat offers just the right balance of privacy and convenience. It’s an easy 25–30 minute drive to Pigeon Forge and Dollywood, and 40 minutes to Gatlinburg.

The cabin sleeps up to 7 guests (max 6 adults) with two private queen bedrooms and a fun loft bedroom featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed. The loft doubles as a game room packed with entertainment—air hockey, shuffleboard, and two arcades to keep the whole group engaged.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE (PLEASE READ!!!)

► Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials (toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, paper towels, etc.) to kick off your stay. Please note that daily housekeeping is not included, and these items will not be restocked during your visit.

► Groceries & Delivery: The nearest grocery store is about 10 minutes away, and the marina is approximately 25 minutes. Instacart delivery is available in the area for added convenience.

► No Third-Party Bookings: Primary renter must be staying at the property for the entirety of the reservation.

► Pool Towels: We provide bath towels, but not pool towels, so please bring your own if you’d like towels specifically for outdoor use.

► Swim Spa & Hot Tub: Guests are fully responsible for the safe use of the hot tub and swim spa, especially when children are present. Please supervise children at all times while using these features.

► Grilling & Fire Pit: Charcoal, firewood, kindling, and lighters are not provided. You're welcome to use any supplies left behind by previous guests.
