When children moved out the converted there daylight basement and open outdoor kitchen/party area into a cozy area for guests. The area is located on the south side of the valley. High up on the mountains. A view of Utah lake, and closeness to the city and shoping. Make this a perfect getaway. Deer, qual, humming birds and all other birds are commen visitors to the property. The home is set well above the city air. Making it fresh and robust. The neighborhood is quiet and slow pace, with the most friendly people you will ever meet. And you will as many hike up past the house to enter the forest for a mountian hike.

The property has a large yard. Nic and Maira have cultivated a beautiful yard full of flowers grass fruit trees and shade. Truly a peaceful place in the summer. And wintertime is no less beautiful with a blanket of white cast across the yard. Cold yes, but striking. A large covered summertime outdoor kitchen, makes a bundled up heaven in wintertime. And a great place to be outside but not getting wet during spring and fall time.
