Communication with Michele were great and easy check in. The place was clean and quiet. I would recommend it and I would stay here again.

Lovely property, well kept.

Lovely property, well kept. Very considerate and understanding landlady. One thing to note, don't take Sultus directly from the main road, as there's a gate that can be tricky to get around. Take Alamo Canyon instead.

Great elegant house for a lovely family celebration weekend

We spent 4 nights at this Estate over the weekend of our daughter's wedding in Santa Clarita. It was large enough to accommodate us and some extended family and for us to host a rehearsal dinner party. It's a beautiful house perched up on a hill in Canyon country. The views out of many of the huge windows and from the back patio are stunning. It has a fabulous kitchen which was a big reason we rented it, we love to cook and bake and we cooked for the diner party and made the wedding cake in this kitchen. There is a fair amount of equipment but we did bring our kitchen aide and a few other things. There is not a single sharp knife to be found or a knife sharpener. I also prepped all our wedding flowers on the back patio. There was plenty of room for family and friends to help out or hang out in the multiple sitting areas. The Master suite is fabulous and our daughter dressed for her wedding here. Overall it was perfect for our needs and we loved staying there.

So glad you all had an enjoyable experience at our property for your family celebration weekend. I had previously been concerned about having razor sharp knives available for guest use, especially considering they could possibly be handled accidentally by children. I have recently purchased a set of new knives which come with protective guards over each blade and have much sharper cutting edges. They are now available for guest use in the kitchen.

Beautiful

There are several things about this Home that makes it a 5-Star Rental. The owner is easy to deal with and is very accommodating. She was there to meet with us upon our arrival and go over all the details of the stay to ensure no surprises. Even though we elected to have the weekly cleaning service, the home was amazingly easy to keep clean. The gourmet kitchen was outfitted with all the necessities and niceties. All the bedrooms are spacious with adjoining bathrooms. The master suite on the first floor has a phenomenal master bathroom with luxurious Jacuzzi and Shower. The landscaping of the grounds match the beautiful canyon scenery. We spent most mornings out on the Lanai, sipping on coffee and watching the sunrise. There is also an outdoor grilling and kitchen area that we took advantage of as well. This was our second time using this home with a large group (10 People) and it was even easier than the first time. The location is peaceful and away from all the hustle and bustle, and is convenient and accessible from I-5 and Hwy-14, which made it easy to get around the Greater Los Angeles area. Ericka D.

Everything and more

Beautiful Home. Tremendous space. The owner is excellent and has great communication. We had a few accommodations that they were able to fill which helped alot. The home is located in a very quiet and out of the way area. Plenty of space and the bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. If you are staying in the Santa Clarita area do not pass up this home if it is available.

Peaceful with Spectacular Views

I came to Santa Clarita under unfortunate circumstances and was traveling with my older, but not elderly parents. The home is warm and receptive and the area is quiet and peaceful. The view of the mountain range at all times throughout the early morning through dusk is quite reflective. My family and I had a wonderful gathering and I can not be more thankful that I stumbled upon this treasure. The stay left an imprint on our hearts, in large part thanks to our surroundings, forever.

Amazing stay

My guests and I simply enjoyed our stay here! I decided to rent this mansion out for the groomsmen and bridesmaids to stay during my sister's wedding weekend. Let's just say that the mansion was the most used word of the weekend! It was so beautiful, spacious, very clean and felt very homey! Waking up to the sunrise is just a spectacular view! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a bonding time with friends and families in a nice secluded location.

Lovely home with great ammenities

My family was in town for a wedding from different parts of the country and wanted to be able to spend some quality time together. The home is well laid out with adjoining bathrooms that were convenient for adults with children and the master bedroom and bath were luxurious. We had coffee on the patio which has great views. Preparing meals was also a pleasure in the beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes, you don't need to bring a thing. The home was clean and inviting all living area comfortable and homey. I recommend this rental with 5 stars because that is as high a rating that is allowed. It surpassed our expectations!!

Perectly beautiful home and location

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at the estate. It's plenty roomy for large families. The kitchen was our favorite gathering place. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, from nice towels to kitchen utensils. We especially enjoyed the large gas BBQ out on the patio with a lovely view of the nearby mountains. The owner, Michelle, was very helpful and always available if a need arose. We loved spending the weekend at this beautiful estate in Santa Clarita and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful, comfortable and accommodating

We rented this house with less than one day notice. The owner was very accommodating and went out of her way to help our group in a pinch. The house was spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed using the large kitchen to make meals for our group. The bedrooms were very comfortable. The master suite was amazing. Using the shower while watching the sunrise over the mountains in the mornings was a special treat. Everyone was very satisfied and thankful that we were able to stay at this wonderful property.

The owner is not an honest person. This home is a beautiful home. Upon arrival the owner met us and went over the details of operating things in the home. She asked the we try not to use the air as the electricity bill is high. This was a 90• weekend. The home was surface clean, but as far as the toilets , showers, baths and floors it was extremely filthy. There were dead bugs and cob webs through out the home. Would recommend allowing yourself time to clean if you stay here.

I always inform guests that they can contact me if they are experiencing any unpleasant situation, and these guests never gave any indication that they were displeased during their stay, and seemed very satisfied during the check in process and initial tour of the home. The request was not to avoid using the air conditioning, but to not set the temperature so low that it would never turn off and possibly freeze, as well as run up an unnecessarily high charge in such a large home with very high ceilings. We have four units throughout the house, which can always be used for guests' comfort. The bathrooms could not have been "extremely filthy" as they indicate, since the house was cleaned two days prior to their arrival, and that is never the post cleaning condition of these areas. Due to the very hot weather and rural location of the home, a few dead insects and cobwebs might have appeared very quickly during the couple days the house was vacant prior to their stay. We have never received any complaints regarding this situation in the past, so it is not a major problem or usual occurrence.

Awesome house

This is a great house for a group that wants to stay together and enjoy time together, especially for dinner and meals. It has a great kitchen and living room and really brings everybody together bec/ it's so large. All the bedrooms are great and plenty of bathrooms so everybody has their own part of the house.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT HOME!!!

If you are looking for an upscale, spacious, private and beautiful home, this is your spot! All of the bedrooms were large, attractive, and oh so comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely and well equipped. The gourmet kitchen was amazing! It contained options which I have never seen before. If you love to cook, you will never want to leave. The living areas were open, cozy and perfect for a larger group. The patio stretches out directly from the living area, and is the perfect spot to congregate. The patio is an extension of the kitchen....granite countertops, grill & cooktop. Then you have the VIEWS!!! There is a panoramic view from the entire property. The master bedroom is large and cozy, and the views are amazing. Then you walk into the master bath and it will take your breath away. Huge, huge, shower with views, separate his/her water closets, separate vanity areas and lovely walk-in closet. Perfect, comfortable king-sized bed. I would, and have, recommended this home to many friends. It is so well maintained, clean, decorated and comfortable, you will not be disappointed! The owner was a delight. She met me at the home and fully described all amenities and her instructions were clear and precise. If you are a golfer, the beautiful Robinson Ranch is very close. Their restaurants are excellent. There are also many other great restaurants close by. Spend a day at the beach, go for a mountain hike, great shopping or explore the numerous tourist spots which the LA area offers. All are close enough for a day excursion. Then you return to your own beautiful residence to relax and finish up the PERFECT day! I highly, highly recommend this home. Trust me....you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful 4 Week Stay

We stayed at the this house in Santa Clarita for 4 weeks and it is simply AMAZING! The house is located in the Canyons of Santa Clarita off HWY 14, close to I-5. The house itself is amazing with ample room for 10 people. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with an outdoor fire pit, grill and Lanai. The morning air is refreshing away from the city, and the views are amazing. Also, it was very easy to get into Hollywood from this location and we look forward to coming back!!!

Wonderful Weekend Get Away

We rented this house for a staff retreat, and it was a great place to get away from our campus and really focus on the work we needed to accomplish. Michele met us at the house to show us how everything worked, which was really appreciated. All of the appliances were new and modern, and all of our staff members loved the house. The wide open spaces were so relaxing, and we had a great time. The location was a little difficult to find in the dark, but Michele provided great instructions that made sure no one was lost on arrival. We would definitely recommend her house for a low-key, weekend stay.

Our children chose this as the venue for their outdoor wedding this year and when we arrived and actually saw the location, we could not have been more pleased. The backdrop for the bride and groom was a stunning view of the mountains in the distance. There was room for a nice dance area and room for approximately 100 guests to sit at tables for the reception. Michelle was very helpful with providing information for valet parking and tent/table rentals, etc., and we were free to call and text her cell phone if needed. The home itself is beautiful, inside and out. It it exactly as the photos show. We stayed in the home for several nights before the wedding, which was very helpful as we had much to do during those days since we came in from out of state. The master bedroom is very suitable as a bride's room and has a beautiful, huge bathroom/dressing room. The other bedrooms are upstairs and are roomy, clean and very comfortable. We can't imagine a place better suited for an outdoor wedding and would definitely do it again.

Authenic French-Style get-away

We rented this villa for a corporate retreat. The location of the home was perfect. Various shopping centers were within ten-minutes, but the actual location of the home was nestled in a private setting. The nearest home is well over 100 yards away (which is far for the city-slickers we are). Everyone was blown away by the attention to detail. The ornately designed fireplace in the family room, and the white oak hardwood floors, and the finish of the walls gives it's visitors the look and feel of French living. The kitchen is absolutely amazing! It was fully stocked with everything we needed. Each of the bedrooms were seperated far enough so each person could enjoy their privacy, but there were also lots of open spaces downstairs for nice-sized gatherings. Like the others said, the pictures don't do this home justice. Michelle was fantastic and very helpful.

Beautiful manor house with outstanding views!

I stayed at this beautiful manor home when I was in the LA area for a family event. The home was very comfortable with all the amenities, especially the beautiful gourmet kitchen! The home sits on a hilltop and has amazing mountain views from every room. The rooms are spacious and comfortably decorated -- there was enough room for 10 of us to spread out without feeling cramped. We went hiking in the hills behind the home which was the highlight of my trip -- very peaceful and serene! This home feels very secluded but is 10 minutes away from anything you need including shopping, restaurants, freeways, etc. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a spectacular home with all the amenities and gorgeous views -- a real find!

Gorgeous country home

Our stay at this gorgeous home was a wonderful, relaxing experience. The home is beautifully furnished, with all the amenities you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. There is a wonderful outdoor space for entertaining, with beautiful landscaping and amazing views, both from inside and outside the home! We highly recommend this home for a wonderful California experience!

What a Great Experience!

I had a wonderful experience while staying at this French Country Manor Estate! The estate and surroundings were beautiful and the house was iincredibly clean and well-furnished. The master bathroom was extravagant! The estate is conveniently located to Los Angeles, but you would never know it when you see the open and country-like surroundings. I would love to stay here again next time I travel to Los Angeles!
