Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room to spread out. Living room with flat-screen TV, both bedrooms have a flat-screen TV's. Fully equipped kitchen, Laundry room. Rear on-site parking. 1.5 Miles from East Carolina University and 1.5 miles from ECU Health. Also in walking distance from Uptown Greenville depending how much you like to walk. 2 blocks from Uptown Greenville's Dickinson Avenue Corridor offers that Eateries, Sports bars and Uptown Greenville shops.

Rear of unit offers a beautiful view of the 10th Street Connector that connects you to ECU Health and ECU Student Center. Smart TV's in bedrooms and Living Room. Enjoy your fully equipped, private space.
All bedrooms have Outlet/USB chargers on the night stands. The living room end table has a Outlet/USB charger. (PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE)
We provide a 10-cup coffee maker and coffee filters. Please bring your own coffee. We provide a single-wash laundry detergent and dryer sheets. The exterior lights are Dusk to Dawn lights. The switches have tape on them so they won't get accidentally turned off. Please do not remove.
Guests have access to the entire unit. There are two parking spaces on site.
If you need extra space, you can park on the street. There is space on the side at the dead-end space. But that should only be for guests visiting for a short stay.
