Step inside this newly renovated 5-bedroom retreat, featuring a large private rooftop deck, open floor plan, and well-equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a unique animal theme, with wild wallpaper and vivid hues creating photo-worthy moments at every turn.
The Space:
OVERVIEW:
The recently renovated 2,200 SF loft has an expansive kitchen with state of the art appliances and refined finishes, brand new furniture (including memory foam beds!), walk in-showers, in-unit laundry, exposed brick walls, 11' ceilings, and plenty of storage and tons of authentic New Orleans charm. Open concept kitchen and living room designed for entertaining larger groups features a spacious rooftop deck, large dining area, and a Sonos sound system.
Located in the heart of Freret Street, an intimate neighborhood commercial corridor, the Jungle Room is within a short walking distance of several beloved and award winning establishments including Cure (2018 James Beard Outstanding Bar Program Award), Vals, Company Burger, Starbucks, High Hat, Mint, Good Bird, Dat Dog, Another Bar, Pigeon and Whale, Sucre, Origami Sushi, and Midway Pizza. Rouses Grocery Store is just a couple of blocks down the street.

- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed

KITCHEN:
- The kitchen is complete with a large island with bar stools, oven, gas stove, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, toaster, plenty of counter space, an abundance of cabinets, and all the essential cookware you will need during your stay.
ENTERTAINMENT:
-High speed internet
-Smart TV and an Apple TV to connect to Netflix, Hulu, etc.
- Sonos Speakers (You can scan our QR code located in the living room for additional information and instructions)
- Private Balconies and Terrace overlooking Freret Street
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a code for the keypad lock prior to check-in.
The entire home and private terrace is for your exclusive use.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a commercial building, guests will have to walk up one flight of stairs to access the home.
