Fishing and boating are just steps away. 5 minute walk takes you to St Mary's Glacier Trailhead and 20 minute drive to charming downtown which offers dining, shopping, hot springs, rafting and more. Loveland Ski resort is only 40 minutes away!

This large 1 bedroom unit is over 950 sqft and has recently been completely renovated including new flooring, updated bathroom, furniture, soft goods and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, pots, pans and baking needs to create delicious meals during your stay.

The king sized bedroom has a super comfortable memory foam mattress topper to ensure a wonderful nights sleep.

The living area has a comfortable couch with a modern electric fireplace, internet TV, a small work desk, and large dining table. There is also the daybed with trundle to accommodate the 3rd & 4th guests in the sunroom just off of the main living area.

Please note that this property is located in St Mary's Glacier Colorado at an elevation of 10,000 feet. Altitude sickness can be experienced by some guests so you are encouraged to research preventative measures and check with your doctor if you have existing medical conditions that may be negatively affected by high altitudes.

Winter driving conditions exist from October through April therefore AWD or 4WD vehicles with DEDICATED SNOW TIRES is highly recommended. Most of the national car rentals do not offer snow tires so you may want to look into renting a vehicle through Turo where you can communicate with the vehicle owner to ensurer that true snow tires are on the vehicle.
No smoking within the unit! Also 1 dog is allowed provided it is well behaved and barking is kept to a minimum.
