This spacious single-family home offers the perfect blend of comfort and location. The space MAJOR RENOVATION COMPLETED IN 2026 This Dana Point home underwent a major renovation in 2026, featuring a complete kitchen overhaul, a fully redesigned master bathroom, new flooring throughout, and partial window upgrades. Additional enhancements include new amenities such as a living room TV and central air conditioning for year-round comfort.
LIVING SPACE - BED & BATH When you enter our home you are greeted by a cathedral ceiling great room with lots of comfortable seating and floor to ceiling windows framing panoramic views of the Beach, Ocean, Sky, and Catalina island in the distance. Our home is also equipped with a Giant front deck that has everything you need to keep it fun and easy, including sun bathing chairs, a fire pit, a barbecue, and an outdoor dining table for six. There is a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily cook meals and snacks for your family and/or friends. Just add the food and have fun together.

Parking Details Parking is available for 3 vehicles. 1 Inside the Garage and 2 on the Driveway. Additional vehicles can be parked in approved areas near the front guard gate. No additional parking is permitted in our community especially in front of our neighbor's homes or in their paid-for parking spaces across the street.
Laundry A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
