Gran casa personalizada, de inspiración asiática y contemporánea ubicada en Capistrano Beach. Esta casa se encuentra directamente en la arena a lo largo de una playa privada, en la comunidad cerrada de Capistrano, patrullada por seguridad. La ubicación y las vistas son fenomenales.

En ~ 5400 pies cuadrados, esta casa es perfecta para que las familias se extiendan, o para esa escapada romántica muy necesaria para dos. Con los altos techos, las salas de estar abiertas y las vistas fenomenales, esta casa es la casa de vacaciones perfecta para 2 o 14.

Cada una de las 5 habitaciones tiene su propio baño privado con un baño adicional de 1/2 en el nivel de vida y un baño exterior de 1/2 para los amantes de la playa.

Capistrano Beach se encuentra a medio camino entre San Diego y Los Ángeles, junto a la autopista 5. Estamos dentro de los 60 a 80 minutos en coche de la mayoría de los lugares de interés "querer ver" en el Condado de Orange, San Diego y Los Ángeles.

Si conducir no es lo que desea hacer en sus vacaciones, dentro de una caminata de 1/2 milla hay 4 restaurantes (mexicano, asado, sushi e italiano) y un bar deportivo con mesas al aire libre. También a poca distancia se encuentra una cancha de baloncesto pública y un puesto de alquiler de temporada para varios alquileres de equipos de playa (tablas de surf, etc.).

Esta casa es una verdadera propiedad de lujo y muy rara entre los alquileres de playa. Nuestro hogar le brinda la privacidad y las comodidades de un resort de 5 estrellas, pero la comodidad de su propio hogar. This beach house is fantastic. We loved everything about it - the house, the location, the amenities. It is absolutely gorgeous. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to enjoy each others company and spread out when we chose. So many places to enjoy the beauty and sound of the ocean. This house has the best kitchen we have ever had in a rental home. The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were also the best stocked. The owner was delightful and incredibly responsive if we had questions about operating something. We walked on the beach and swam at least twice a day. The waves were amazing for both swimming and boogie boarding. There's a ton of things to do in the area too. A week was not long enough! Best family vacation ever. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you.

Beautiful home and pictures are accurate. The home was stocked with everything needed for a great beach vacation! If you like to cook, the kitchen is amazing. Otherwise, plenty of restaurant options. Our little ones loved playing on the beach. Super private and quiet. Owner very responsive and helpful. Would absolutely rent this home again!!

Fabulous House on the Beach

11 family members stayed in the magnificent property, celebrating my mother’s 90th birthday. There was so much that was amazing about our stay. The ocean views were spectacular–it was really nice watching the sunset over the water from the oversized hot tub overlooking the beach. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the master suite was especially impressive, with a bathroom that included a sauna, steam shower, and a jacuzzi bathtub. The kitchen was granite and high end appliances, with a full complement of cooking gear and spices, and along with the large gas grill on the patio, it was super easy to make awesome dinners for our crowd.The house has a closet full of games and there was a great assortment of boogie boards and beach toys. I’ve stayed at multiple beach properties, and this was by far and away the best. Thx Dylan for all of the thoughtful touches you’ve put into this property.

Amazing house

This house had everything we needed for our week long Thanksgiving family trip. Everything was well appointed with plenty of towels, small appliances, a large stove and fridge. The master bedroom is amazing and relaxing with the sauna, steam room, fireplace and beautiful views. The host, Dylan was great. He responded promptly to any issues that came up. We would definitely stay here again.

Girls Trip

This house is absolutely beautiful, clean and stocked with all the things you need. The front yard couldn’t be more amazing! We swam, had fires and spent the majority of our time out there! The host is very quick to respond as well! 10/10!

Beautiful home on the beach. This home was very well stocked and immaculate. There is not one thing we would change about our stay in Dylan’s families home. It was perfect! Stunning Beachfront Home

This home was all we could have hoped for as a family vacation. We had 3 generations at the house. The kitchen was generously appointed with everything you’d need! The house is large and welcoming! We loved being on the beach and watching the waves and sunset. Dylan was very responsive to any need and helpful with suggestions. We highly recommend!

Our favorite rental in OC

This house is everything! We visit my family in Orange County every year and of all the properties we’ve rented in the past, this has been our favorite. Between the views, the space, the amenities, and the location being RIGHT on the water, it has everything. It was so relaxing and so much quieter and private compared to most houses we’ve rented in the area. We’re so excited to be planning our next visit back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

What an incredible beach house! Everything is as or even better than advertised. Perfect place to vacation with a large family, or do what we did and make it a couple’s getaway. The house is stocked with everything you could need, the host is responsive, and the views are unmatched. If you need complete privacy from neighbors, you might not like that you can see and hear the neighbors in their yards, but it didn’t bother us at all. The sound of the waves drowns most noise out anyway.

Family pre-wedding girls weekend

The Capistrano Beach House was absolutely gorgeous! Dylan was extremely attentive and very easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we needed for our Family weekend. The chef kitchen was perfect for our formal chef dinner night. The kitchen and den are wide open with beautiful ocean views and provided the most amazing ambiance to gather for our virtual wine tasting evening. Every bedroom was super comfortable and spacious. The outside patio was perfect to enjoy sunsets and the beach. Overall a 5 star experience for our girls family weekend and we will to definitely be back to enjoy again! Thank you for everything!

Spectacular setting and home!

We needed a large home for a post-Xmas family get-together. This glorious beachside home blew us all away with its large windows, views and amenities. Gourmet kitchen. Hot tub with ocean view. Cozy fireplace in large ocean-view living room. Great beds/bedding. 5 stars!!! Only downsides (small!) are nearby train noise and sometimes beach disappears at high tide.

Great Location and House

Our family of eight loved this house and all it had to offer. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The kitchen had all the essentials and we enjoyed cooking there when we weren't enjoying one of the many great local restaurants. The views and sunsets were amazing. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property for a family getaway.

Location, location, location

Waking up to that view was amazing. The house was comfortable for my family and the kitchen was restaurant quality. So much fun to cook with the family. Would definitely recommend. Did I tell you about the view??!!

Best Thanksgiving trip

This House was beautiful. Well stocked. Well equipped. The owner was very helpful and available. The beach along the house is not very functional. However that was not a big deal. There are many excellent beaches available within 10 minutes drive. The house had plenty of chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards to take to the beach. Hot tub was very nice. Just about everything one may need for a comfortable living was available in this house. Our family of 11 takes at least couple of trips every year like this. I would rate this house at the top on our experience. Thank you owner!

With our children not wanting to sell the home we have elected to offer it for rent. The home is a spectacular ~5300 Sq Ft custom contemporary home that is like nothing else offered in the Capistrano Beach community. The home is family managed and we are local which means we are available 24/7 should any problems arise (we will of course notify if we'll be gone for any reason). We take cleanliness a step beyond with laundering of all blankets, duvet covers and area rugs between guests. In addition the Whirlpool tub, Sauna and Steam room are disinfected between quests as well. We take pride in our rental home as it was once our family home.

We choose Capistrano Beach because of its simple, casual lifestyle and unique beauty. It is close to LA and San Diego, yet when you get home to the beach, you are in a different world.
