Completely remodeled in 2020, this one-bedroom / two-bathroom condo is the perfect little guest nest for your party of up to 8 little birdies. Open concept living / dining / kitchen area offers plenty of natural light and room to unwind while enjoying the fun Floridian ambiance. Smart TV's offers endless entertainment in both the living room and bedroom. Dining table seats 4 with 2 additional low-back bar stools that offset the counter-height serving area/breakfast bar. The Majestic Sun is Miramar Beach landmark that hosts guests year-long with stellar views and enviable resort amenities. From the imposing arch connecting the 2 towers to the indoor swimming pool with a cathedral ceiling and a giant wall of glass…this area icon is known for its fabulous location and exceptional amenities. A large outdoor seasonally heated pool and bubbling hot tubs whisper to visitors to come and indulge.

One complimentary parking pass is provided and will be in the room along with 8 wristbands. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Lost wristbands are $25 each.

Majestic Sun is a smoke free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Majestic Sun is seasonally heated. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.
