Balcony is accessible from both bedrooms and the living room. On-site restaurant and bar. Fitness center, hot tub, spa. Two miles from Silver Sands outlet stores. Tiki bar on beach!! Beach service provided (2 chairs and an umbrella) - seasonal.

Our air didnt work on Saturday, I messaged the owner and received a response very quickly and the air was an easy fix. We loved the condo. If we ever come back to Miramar Beach we will be looking up this room again.

Parking garage and balcony view

Liked covered parking garage. It was convenient and protected our vehicle. Ocean view was enjoyable from balcony. Comfortable bed.

Week long stay

The resort itself is slightly wonky with things like pool access times being unreliable and broken elevators and trash doors, front desk hours are strange and unpredictable etc but it’s very decent stay. For the condo side- host property was well kept well maintained and decently stocked. View is wonderful and host has beach toys wagon and chairs available to you as well. Feels safe and fun. I’d say it’s well worth it!

Great place! May need a better toaster and put some clothes hangers in closets all in all a nice place to stay . Close to lots of eating places and shopping free beach service is always a good thing! Would stay here again

End of summer getaway

Great unit with an amazing view of the ocean from every room! Check in was easy, plenty of parking and a very short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay at SeaScape again.

Overall a good stay .It had a good view of the beach from across the road. Just need better parking if you drive a taller vehicle. I would stay again just maybe a different time of the year. Just a little too busy for us. Host was very responsive and easy to work with.

Little rocky at the beginning, smooth sailing from there on out

When we arrived our code didn’t work, it’s on a timer so it was our fault. The cleaning company had a mix up, it wasn’t clean! By time we went to get groceries the owner had already contacted the cleaning company and he said he would refund the cleaning! Mr. Dill was excellent on communicating with us and making sure everything was excellent for us! The elevators was a little frustrating, but besides that close to the ocean, clean and never over 30 minutes for dinner. I highly recommended acme fish! For oysters and seafood, great po boys and soft shell crab

Perfect

This condo was perfect for myself and kids. It was right on the beach, the grill downstairs had the best food. The condo itself was very spacious. We loved that it came with beach chair rental and extra chairs in the room, as well as beach towels to use. I would def rent this exact condo again. Mike was very easily to get in touch with for any questions we had before and during our stay. I would recommend to anyone!

Great location

Enjoyed our trip to Miramar,great view of the ocean from the condo. Ample parking (covered) , easy walk to one of the most beautiful beaches truly emerald green water and fine sand. Can't get enough of watching this water. Condo kitchen is well equipped to cook and decor is simple yet elegant. Only tiny miny trivial issue patio chair are bit dated and end of life, just because we enjoyed sitting in the patio when we were not on the beach. Bottom line will I rent Mike's place again - Absolutely!

Unbearable noise

Reached here after an 8 hour drive looking forward to a wonderful beach vacation on labor day, little did we knew that would be spending entire night due to loud blaring music entire untill 5 am. I am surprised such a large resort has no rules/regulations, looked like a large group of mexican folks booked multiple condos upstairs and partied entire night, shouting screaming cuss words and since both room face patio, it was UNBEARABLE. we have stayed in this resort previously and always book it due to location, i dont blame the owner but this is just such a negative experience spoiled our entire vacation. i wish the owner takes it up with rest of HoA so this doesnt happend again to any family or person coming here to have a break from madness.

Not the best but not the worst

We liked the location and the room. It was however not the cleanest. The cabinets had dried up food and dirt on them. The stove had crumbs of some sort on it. The floors were grimy. When you walked in the door, there were clumps of dust hanging down from the door frame. We couldn’t use the jets on the tub as it sprayed water everywhere and black mold came out of them. I picked this room because of the view but the windows looked as if they hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time which distorted the view. I messaged the owner about having them cleaned as it would have only taken a few minutes but he never got back to me. Pots and pans need to be replaced. The beds were comfortable though. Air worked good. Check in and check out was easy. The cleaning crew just needs to do a better job.

Beautiful condominium in a great location

This was our 1st stay in Destin area. The check in process was easy and host’s instructions very simple. Condominium is beautiful and we will definitely visit again. Perfect location with easy access to the beach and restaurants.

Miramar 4th of July weekend

Our first time visiting this area and we were not disappointed. Everything was wonderful, right down to the endless fireworks. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect stay

The condo was clean, have everything you needed for your stay. Also had extra beach towels if you needed them. The owner was amazing with communication and stayed in touch and even gave us early access to the hotel.
