Amazing, backyard with lots of seating: dining table under the pergola, high top table, cabana or loungers in the newly built pool. This home offers an open floor plan with the great room which features ample seating and a 75" flat Screen television. The open concept kitchen has a large bar area with barstools and flows to the beautiful dining area. The downstairs offers 1 bedroom and an office area with accordion style doors to provide privacy with two twin beds and a shared full bathroom. 5 additional bedrooms located on the 2nd floor along with the laundry room and two full bathrooms. The garage has been converted into an game room area with pool table and ping pong table, seating and flat screen television. The back yard offers plenty of seating and plenty of covered areas with a covered patio, a gazebo and also has plenty of lounge chairs and a BBQ island with propane and a sink as well as lots of games.

Other things to note
POOL|SPA:
Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee)
Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL.
Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.

**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.

PETS:
We are pet friendly! Please let us know in advance, if you need any special accommodations. $200 pet deposit is required and if no additional pet cleaning left behind, $150 is refunded at time of check out and $50 goes towards pet's stay and $25 for each following pet thereafter at least 24 hours in advance prior to check in date.

EARLY CHECK IN/LATE CHECK OUT- We do our best to accommodate early check in and late check out requests. It is a $75 fee, as this is our the cost to get extra cleaning staff to expedite the home properly or complete linen service offsite. *All requests must be submitted prior to 8:30pm, the evening before departure.*
