Pacific Dunes Beach Home in Olivia Beach

Welcome to the Pacific Dunes beach home located in Olivia Beach. A stunning coastal community on the Oregon Coast. This neighborhood has a village feel nestled between towering pine trees and the sandy beaches of the Pacific Ocean below. This beautiful and fresh new home is 3BR (2 king suits) and sleeps 8-10. A quick 1 minute walk to an exclusive park that is for neighborhood guests. Includes a play structure, sand volleyball and fire-pit. 5 minute walk to Beach.

The space:
Enjoy two separate living areas for maximum privacy with large Smart TVs. Cozy up to the fireplace with a good book or great friends in the open concept Living Room. The master bedroom is located on the main level with a deluxe King size bed and an en suite bathroom. The family room, which is located on the second floor, is equipped with an Xbox 1, countless games/puzzles and a wide variety of movies for all ages. Bedroom #2 contains a deluxe King bed and a built-in vanity/desk. Bedroom #3 has two Queen size beds and 2 rollaway twin beds. The rollaway beds can be put in either of the extra large upstairs bedrooms with plenty of room to spare. Is it game time for your family and friends? Step into the garage converted game room. This fantastic space includes ping-pong, foosball, elite sports ring toss, corn hole and more! Pacific Dunes is west facing, the evening sun and sunset is stunning from the front porch. You will not want to miss it!

Pacific Dunes beach home is located 1 block East of the park and beach access point, leading to a short walk to the spectacular local tidal pools. The Olivia Beach neighborhood has its own beach access staircase which provides stunning views, though, you can drive to more level access point North at Canyon Drive park or South off of 33rd Street.

While you are in town, check out Devils Lake, a beautiful calm expanse of water that is perfect for kayaking, swimming and contains Regatta Park (children playground with amazing lake views). Are you a golfer? Ask the Pacific Dunes host about renting a set of golf clubs during your visit! Salishan Golf Links is a quick 5 minute drive from the Pacific Dunes beach home. Salishan's 18-hole Scottish links-style, par 71 golf course is one of the most scenic golf courses on the Oregon Coast. Head up to Chinook Winds Casino for gaming/shows or hike Cascade Head trail. Discover this 4.2 mile out-and-back trail near Otis, Oregon. This trail has stunning views of the Oregon Coast that will take your breath away.

Although we love furry friends, pets are NOT allowed at Pacific Dunes. Kindly respect this policy as we strive to keep the home clean and fresh, with that 'brand new' vibe. Thank you! (If a pet is brought into the home an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged to the guest)
