Renovación completa.
Aire acondicionado completo, sistema dividido, unidades ubicadas en la sala de estar y en las dos habitaciones.

Disfrute de su café temprano en la mañana, o los mai tai y pupu de la tarde sentados en el lanai mientras observa las ballenas jorobadas que se escapan en la distancia, así como las espectaculares puestas de sol. Disfrutará de una vista completa del océano sin obstáculos de 180 grados desde este condominio a nivel del suelo de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, en un complejo de 50 unidades. Un complejo más pequeño significa que no hay tantos invitados en la piscina, como aquellos complejos con una gran cantidad de unidades.

Ubicado directamente al otro lado de la calle de Cove Park, un lugar de surf común, y a una cuadra de las playas Charlie Young y Kamaole I.

Las comodidades en el lugar incluyen piscina, jacuzzi, canchas de tenis y barbacoas en la terraza.
Además, no cobramos una tarifa de resort por nuestras comodidades.

Además, no hay cargo por estacionamiento no asignado y se nos permite un puesto por unidad. Hay mucho estacionamiento para un segundo vehículo en la calle

La unidad contiene 2 dormitorios con una cama queen en cada habitación, cocina completa, lavandería en suite, 2 baños completos y puede alojar cómodamente a 5 personas. Aire acondicionado completo.

The AC worked great when we needed it. The unit was beautiful and well stocked. The location of the unit and the complex were perfect for us. Walking distance to great coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and mild waves for beginner surfers.

Great location with amazing views

The location was very convenient, walking distance to many restaurants and multiple beaches. We really loved spending time on the lanai. The unit is spacious and well-furnished. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Home Away From Home

Our stay at this amazing condo was spectacular. We were traveling with our 17-year-old and 16-year-old granddaughters – it was their first time on Maui. The condo was very spacious, well decorated, pristinely clean, and supplied with all the necessary kitchen utensils. The triple zone AC was perfect when needed while the cool breezes from open windows were even better. The beach closet is supplied with 4 beach chairs, two umbrellas, cooler, as well as paddleball and tennis equipment. Everything about this unit was perfect for our weeklong stay.The view from the lanai was breathtaking and the perfect place for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The pool is just steps from the lanai and was never crowded. Cove Beach, just across the street, was always active with surfers/paddleboarders from daybreak to dark. The Shores of Maui location is centrally located in Kihei with easy walking to all the major beaches, restaurants, shopping, and picture-perfect sunsets. Kihei is the best place to base your Maui stay as driving distances to the other parts of the island and attractions are easiest and quickest. Renotta was quick to communicate, attentive to our needs, and provided great details in all aspects of the rental process. We highly recommend this unit for your next Maui stay.

Best Condo in Kihei!

Definitely the best condo in Kihei that we have encountered! Perfect location close to food/shops/beaches a great view a very modern layout/decor. Unusual to find a large/open kitchen and fairly large bedrooms! They also had everything we needed to cook and beach gear!

Perfect for us!

Lovely place. Well equipped for cooking meals in. We have a food allergy in the group that’s hard to accommodate at restaurants and enjoyed cooking most of our meals at the condo/on the well maintained BBQs by the pool. Great selection of beach tools to use. The location can’t be beat. Kihei is a great area with shops, grocery, restaurants, beaches and super walkable. Access to the beach is as close as you can get, out one gate, down a few stairs and across the road. The lanai is perfect for sunsets and morning coffees, has a beautiful flower hedge and a gorgeous view of the ocean. The AC and fans were great at keeping the place a good temperature for our little ones. The host is wonderful and very attentive should any need arise, happily recommend this place to others!!

Perfect Location in Maui!

The location is a perfect launching point to wonderful beaches, hiking, road to Hana and beautiful sites. The condo has been recently renovated so bathrooms, kitchen, and flooring are all very new. We spent most of our time outside while we were at the condo. The kitchen is furnished well with rental quality knives and pots/pans. We had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. We enjoyed the pool and ran out of time to use the grills! The only complains was the furniture cushions in the family room are very worn so there was no place to sit comfortably.

Love the shores of Maui. Great location, within walking distance to many shops and good restaurants. This well appointed unit is beautiful inside with an unobstructed view of the Cove surfers. Great way to watch the world go by.

Beautiful condo and location

We have stayed at this condo in the past and the views never get old. Aside from being beautifully renovated and clean, it is a great location for walking to many restaurants and stores. We will be back!

A Month

We enjoyed our month in Hawaii. We didn't like the ghost ants, but I guess that is normal. We stayed at several different places, and this was the only place we saw them. I like the book telling us of places to eat. I would have liked to see more places like Tommy Bahama in the book. Some good places to shop at would be good too. We went to the swap meet on Saturday and loved it. That could be put in the book too. I would recommend for anyone to stay here the view is awesome. I would like to come back and stay at this same place.

Super easy to get to from the airport!! The owner/manager are extremely accomodating!! Beds are very comfortable and kitchen fully equipped!! Definitely a place we would consider staying again!!

We have stayed many times at this condo over the years. Love the new renovations. Sitting on the deck and enjoying coffee and watching the surfers is our Happy Place. Condo is in a great location and well stocked. Thank You , we will be back soon

Work play vacation

Amazing Location

This property is stunning! The view of the ocean is unbelievable and was the best of all of our group that stayed on Maui. The condo was very nicely appointed and had everything we could have wanted, and even extra things like a cooler, beach chairs, boogie board, snorkeling equipment. The renovation completed a few years ago are still looking fabulous. The condo itself was praised as probably being the nicest one in the entire complex. We loved the location also. We were able to easily walk to many good restaurants in the area. We also got surfing lessons a block down the road and actually did our surfing right by the condo. The only small issue is that it is a ground level place in a two story complex, so you will have people above you and at times it can be noisy with obvious footsteps above your head. This wasn't a deal breaker for us and we will gladly return to the condo!

Best spot in the complex

Beautiful condo,clean,cozy amazing views. The property is beautiful! People walking up the street cut through the hedges to get group pictures around the properties corner garden. It’s easy to make new friends here because it’s small and we all gathered at the pool after our daily adventures. Watching the surf school is great entertainment with coffee on the back porch. Great little restaurants, bars with music and food trucks all in walking distance. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing view

Over the years we have stayed multiple places along this stretch of road, this place became our favorite . The property had an amazing view of the ocean, great outdoor facilities and even better location. The unit is nicely updated, very clean and a fully stocked. We hope to stay here again in the future.

Marvellous Maui

The property is in an ideal location for exploring the wonderful beaches of Maui. The condo is very comfortable updated .The complex is quiet and very well run , people around very friendly. Morning coffee on the lanai to watch the surfers and the whales is a great way to start the day. Thankyou for the great stay!

Clean with great views of the ocean.

The place was newly remodeled and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and towels. The best view of the ocean from your patio. The location of the condo was close to everything. The condo had everything you would need for a wonderful vacation. The owner answered questions and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely stay there again.

Our families have been coming to Maui since the early 80's, it has always been a paradise for us. It is relaxing, easy to get around, and a very comfortable location.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The most unique thing about our property is the ability to sit on the lanai and watch the ocean, whales and surfers at any time. No obstruction to your view, simply breath taking. Not to mention the beautiful renovation completed. We pride ourselves in our crystal clear water in our heated pool.
And remember a smaller complex means not as many guests at the pool.
