The owner was very thorough and detailed all throughout the process. Photos and descriptions of the property are current and accurate. We had perfect access to the pool, ocean and so many great places were within short walking distance, including South Maui Gardens! Great condo!!

Great spot in Maui!

This is a great home base for exploring Maui! Restaurants, food trucks, surf lessons, BEACH, are all steps away. Nice big clean pool for the kiddos. We enjoyed our trip very much.

Beautiful condo

Condo was clean, necessities provided, beautiful views. Easy check in process and great communication with owner. Complex was easy to access, plenty of parking, quiet, and great location. I would definitely stay here again when traveling. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property right at the heart of Kihei!

We’ve stayed on Maui a few times, but never in Kihei. We really enjoyed this property and the location was awesome! Very close to King Kam beaches, 15 minutes to Wailea, and 20 minutes to the harbors for sails / whale watches. The property itself was great! Ground level which was perfect for my aging MIL, well appointed and plenty of space for 5 of us (me and my wife, MIL, and 2 kids, 6 and 4). The pool was right outside the patio door which was great for us! Communication with the owners and property manager was great. They provided a starter set of soap / dishwasher / laundry pods, which was about 4 days worth. When we had issues with dying remote batteries, they were prompt and responsive! Overall we really enjoyed the stay here and would stay here again!

We love this condo! This was our 2nd stay and we will go again.

Close to beach, heated pool with hot tub, friendly manager in Kihei, comfortable beds, absolutely everything. We had a couple glitches with the fridge icemaker, but we bought crushed ice and had the manager look at it. Our daughter and her little family loved every minute of our stay. It’s close to grocery store and souvenir booths. Will go again!

Condo was exactly as described - within walking distance of amazing food trucks, shops, beaches, and parks. Pool, hot tub, and grills were impeccably maintained. Quiet, family-friendly, with an outstanding view of the ocean. Would gladly stay again.

Awesome place!

Recently updated and a job well done!! Clean and the view was great. Yes you have a pool and partial beach view but just steep out on the patio and you have a full view! Will definitely stay here again!!

Maui Family Trip 2024

Love this unit! Stayed here 20 years ago & it has been totally remodeled. Within walking distance to great beaches, restaurants & shopping. Nicole, property manager, was friendly, accessible & easy to communicate with. Hope to come back!

Kihei and the shores of maui are great

This condo is fantastic. The views if the deck are great, you have direct access to the pool and barbecue area. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms it makes it easy for everyone to get ready in the morning to go out and see what maui gas to offer. The ocean view from the building is beautiful and the water across the street is no more than waist deep for about 300 feet out. Great for kids on a slow day on vacation. I cant say enough about how good the building, location and views.

Paradise

Had a week with our 3 teenage boys. Perfect location, condo exceeded our expectations. Used the community BBQ every night, the pool was perfect to cool off at the end of the night and the also made use of the tennis/pickleball courts to burn the excess energy. The condo itself had everything we needed and more. We could walk to multiple beaches and surfing was right across the street. It was a perfect holiday. Thanks for the stay!

Simply the best!

We have visited Maui with family at least a dozen time staying in a number of different condos and areas . This one for many reasons was simply the best. Very clean and modern with an ideal central location to beach, food, bars, park and everything else. The unit has been very nicely updated ,has a great grassy are our little ones loved, the pool, bbqs, pickle ball courts and parking are all only a few steps away. 10 out of 10 we will be back for sure. Great place but needs cleaning and new linens and towels

I rented this place hoping it would be great for my family. Great location, pretty property but dirty. My sheets were disgusting stains and blood drops on them ( two out of three beds). Had to call mgr. to bring clean sheets. Which was handled in a timely manner. Floor looked clean as long as you didn’t look at the bottom of your feet ( filthy).

Would definitely stay here again!

The spot of the condo was perfect for our family of 5. You can sit on the porch while kids play in the pool for endless hours. We all fit very comfortably and will definitely be back in the future. We’ll stocked with everything we needed, including beach toys!

Ok, not a 5 Star

I am being nice giving this a 4 star. The reason I didn't give it a 3 is I didn't want to ruin this person's overall rating. My husband felt it was a 3 star, but I am giving it a 4 just based on price. I have stayed in actualy 5 star properties throughout the world and I own several 5 star properties IN Colorado. Not a 5 star at all. 1. Zero cleaning supplies as in sprays for bathroom, floor cleaning supplies, cleanser, garbage bags, etc. I had to ask & got one crummy steam mop with a dirty mop head and half a spray bottle of spic and span. 2. Lacking basic supplies such as foil and tape, a lighter, sugar, enough toilet paper for at least 5 days ( we stayed two weeks). We would expect them to spend $10 on enough toilet paper after we dropped almost $6K on this place. 3. The tv in the bedroom never worked and we never got a response for a fix. It never did work. 4. The mattresses are soft and squishy. Not a good fit and not as described. Very painful to sleep on if you have back issues. 5. Basic and cheap decor. When I did get the mop and washed the floor, it was filthy from prior guests. 6. The front bedroom needs an AC. It is hotter than heck and we had to run a fan the entire time to push the cold air into the room. Get an AC in all the rooms. The place was an ok, not great location. People were smoking on the property although signs said not to. They were smoking in the pool area. With all the cameras, someone should have noticed.

This condo was the best! Clean, nice, and the little extras like beach chairs etc are perfect. The complex is well taken care of. It was a perfect condo for a family of 5. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect Kihei Location

Great condo in a quiet complex across from The Cove. If you have any novice surfers in your group, this is the ideal location. The unit was updated, clean and stocked with all the beach gear you need to enjoy a beach visit. We watched the amazing sunsets every night from the beach by just walking across the highway and could walk to dinner and shops with ease. If you want great access to The Cove and Kihei restaurants and shops, this condo is ideal. Check-in/Check-out process was super easy. Loved our stay and would hope to stay here again if able to return to Maui for a future visit.

Hello! We, as a family of 5, have been visiting the Shores of Maui since 2003. Obviously, we love it! We bought this condo in 2019 and since then have renovated it.
