The Space:

The adjacent dining area provides ample space for your entire group to share meals or enjoy a board game night.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, making meal preparation a breeze. Downstairs, the game room offers hours of entertainment with a TV, a 2-in-1 Ping Pong and Pool Table, and a Foosball table.

Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire A-frame cabin and all its amenities. This includes the private hot tub, game room, kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, and outdoor spaces. Check-in is simple and convenient with our keyless self check-in system. The only exceptions are two locked owner's closets, which are not accessible to guests.



Other Things to Note:

* City Requirements: The City of Big Bear Lake requires a separate rental agreement to be signed before your arrival. You will also be asked to provide a copy of your government-issued ID and the license plate numbers of your vehicles. This verification is managed through a secure portal called SuiteOp after your reservation is confirmed.

* Security: For your safety and security, exterior security cameras are located on the property.

* Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking; 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of check-in. No cancellations are permitted for reservations during holiday and special event weekends.

* Travel Insurance: We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip, as we must adhere to our stated cancellation policy.

* Our Commitment to Cleanliness: The cabin is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival to ensure it meets the highest standards of hygiene and safety. All dinnerware is re-washed between stays.
