Discover this newly built Log Cabin in the quite side of MDI,( Southwest Harbor) with 2 bedrooms,
1 king, 1 full, and a open sleeping loft that has 4 twin beds. Full kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, coffee cups, all of the basic utensils. 2 full bathrooms, one with the Laundry room in it. all beds are provided with sheets, blankets, and pillows. Also WIFI with streaming capabilities with Roku, so bring your pass codes. Fire pit, out door chairs, Gas grill/gas and utensils. IT has a 8FT by 14 FT screened front porch/furniture. We also have a 50 amp EV charging port station for those with electric vehicles. NO HIDDEN FEES AT MY END. NOTE! The cabin rents Sat to Sat Only. PS, The coffee maker can make a pot of coffee or you can use k-cups

We enjoyed staying in the cabin. We used the grill and fire pit. It was clean and the host went the extra mile to get things we requested. Quiet area off the beaten path.

We really enjoyed our stay. The space was plenty for a family of 6. We really enjoyed the concrete patio out back with the wood-burning fire pit. Next time we come to Maine we will definitely stay again!

The cabin was amazing! It was clean and well stocked. We cooked in most mornings and evenings and had all of the kitchen items we needed. We had 4 kids and 4 adults. The layout was perfect. 2 bathrooms and laundry were wonderful. We enjoyed the fire pit! Made a fire most nights. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard. Overall a great place to stay! It was nice to be on the quiet side of the island with a short drive to Bar Harbor.

What a great house. Clearly built with pride and furnished and stocked like a full time residence. We lucked out with fantastic September weather and got to make use of the fire pit and sweet Weber grill every night.The drive to enter the loop road isn’t too far, so I never felt like staying on the quiet side was a compromise. The local hikes are worth checking out. Big thanks to Robert for hosting us.

Location was perfect for us. We were ableto see all of Acadia NP and we were glad to be on the less busy side of the island compared to the Bar Harbor side. The property was perfect for our family of five, and we could have easily had room for two more kids. The host was very helpful and responsive. We will definitely stay here again if we come back, and would highly recommend.

The cabin is a such a gem! Located on the quiet side of Acadia but close to restaurants. Our family really enjoyed having the outside patio in evenings to sit around the fire pit. The screened in porch for morning coffee was the perfect start to our days. Robert was great a communication. He had great recommendations about hikes nearby and places to eat!

The cabin has a great screened in porch in front and a patio out back. It is a great place to relax after a long day at Acadia! It is very peaceful in the evenings. We loved our stay here!

The cabin was perfect. All the kitchen amenities that we needed. Hosts were great, easy check in and greeted us when we arrived. Cabin was at the end of a quiet dead end street. Acadia trails a few steps out thw back door.

Ideal location within walking distance to national park trails. Also near gas, groceries, etc. Property made us feel at home. Kitchen, bathrooms, laundry had everything we needed for 3 adults. Owner stopped by to make sure we got settled in and made it clear he was available if/when needed. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Beautiful Cabin, as advertised!

New, beautiful cabin with great amenities. Clean and nice with washer, dryer, new cookware, A/C, etc. Nice deck in back with firepit, new grill and picnic table.We didn't spend a great deal of time here as we were exploring Acadia every day, but a nice, quiet place to come home to. We loved it!

This property is brand new and had everything we needed. Surrounding area is beautiful, being a bit away from the crowds is nice too. Hosts were responsive to needs, provided some extra activities (corn hole, fire pit, wood, grill). Could use some more seating in the living area for those rainy days but kids did fine lounging on their beds. Hopefully you don’t have many of those days. Screened in front porch is really nice in the mornings. Highly recommend! And Take reusable bags to grocery!!! Maine charges for bags!

This was a wonderful place to stay. I brought 4 adult children and one small child with me and there was plenty of space for us.Takes about half an hour to get to the Acadia hotspots, and you are under 10 min to southwest harbor which is lovely. House had absolutely everything we needed and a wonderful screened in front porch. The living area was super small but we didn’t need that because there were so many other comfortable and beautiful places to relax and we weren’t here to watch tv anyways! I would stay again in a heartbeat we absolutely LOVED it.

This cabin is practically brand new and fit my family of 4 very well. We loved having 2 full bathrooms. The location is great, off the beaten path and very quiet. The host Robert is very good with communication and helpful also. He allowed me to use his lobster cooker so we could do our own instead of always eating at restaurants. The WiFi is very good for those that need it. There is an outdoor grill that we used frequently and an area to have campfires. I would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it to others looking to stay on Mount Desert Island.

This property is a great place to come back to after doing all your outdoor activities. The lounge area is kind of small for watching a movie etc. but doable. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes and all appliances are quality. The heating and air system is very efficient and kept the house comfortable.
