Parking and Guests

• One garage parking space is included.

• Up to two overnight guests are allowed.

• Daytime guests and visitors are permitted.



Noise and City Regulations

Guests are required to follow all City of Long Beach noise and outdoor activity regulations. Outdoor activities or amenities that create noise are not allowed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is strictly enforced.



Host Rules

• PMI Mission Viejo charges a nonrefundable $69 Damage Coverage fee per stay or per month. This replaces a traditional security deposit.

• Pets must be pre approved. Maximum of two pets with a combined weight limit of 25 pounds. Once approved, a $150 pet fee applies.

• A valid photo ID and a credit or debit card are required for check in and property access. These can be uploaded during pre check in or presented upon arrival.



Interaction with Guests:

We meet guests at the property for check in to ensure a smooth arrival. During this brief meeting, we do a quick ID check, help you access the property, and go over any important details or questions. After check in, we remain available by phone or message if anything comes up during your stay.
