• PMI Mission Viejo charges a nonrefundable $69 Damage Coverage fee per stay or per month. This replaces a traditional security deposit.
• Pets must be pre approved. Maximum of two pets with a combined weight limit of 25 pounds. Once approved, a $150 pet fee applies.
• A valid photo ID and a credit or debit card are required for check in and property access. These can be uploaded during pre check in or presented upon arrival.
