Very well appointed apartment with comfortable furniture. We felt safe there. It was quiet and the blinds kept the bedroom dark, so we slept well. Having a designated parking space was great. Denise was a great host and her dogs were friendly. We had a great stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this home! The host is absolutely amazing and has thought of every single detail you could possibly need. I have never seen such a well-equipped home; she even provided a dish sponge, which I have never found in other rentals! She was so kind to us, and the house itself is stunning very cozy, beautiful, and modern. Everything feels brand new, and I truly felt at home.The kitchen and house are stocked with every possible utensil or item you might need for daily life. Parking was very easy, and the neighborhood feels very safe. There are three parks with playgrounds nearby where we loved to go for walks. We are so happy we chose this home and highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you Denise!

Easy check-in/out. Very clean and safe. Busy area so I did hear traffic often. Not a far drive from anything in town. Wi-Fi and TV available. Great space for solo or couples. 30 min-1 hr travel to LA depending on time of day. Close to interstate and beach. Enjoyed my stay.

Good quiet place close to the port and down town Long Beach.

This place was a great change of pace as I usually stay in hotels. If you’re a dog person she has some very friendly pups.

The host replied very swiftly to all questions and was exceptionally kind. The apartment was clean, roomy, and ready for cooking with all supplies needed. There was a parking space designated to me. It was minutes from the beach and Shoreline Village. All around it was a phenomenal experience and I hope it is available when I return this summer!

The apartment is just perfect. Very clean, all necessary kitchenware is available. Bedding is extremely comfy, you’ll sleep like a baby. The neighborhood is cool and neighbours are nice.Denise is an amazing human being and always available for any request.Special mention to BB and Freeda that will always welcome you very warmly. Great home away from home

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s attached to the owner’s house but feels very private, quiet, and secure. The space was extremely clean and well-furnished, with a very comfortable bed, and a fully stocked kitchen. There was plenty of closet space, which made it easy to settle in.The guaranteed parking spot and on-site laundry facilities were a plus, and the owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The location was perfect for our needs and was not far from grocery stores and a Costco.

I had the privilege to be able to stay in this property, the owner is awesome and super nice. Everything was very clean and is also stocked up with anything you might need. Close to public transportation and walking distance to main roads. I enjoyed my stay very much and I highly recommend!

Denise is a gracious host. The doggies on the property are sweet and are a lot of fun. The unit is clean, well stocked and very nicely decorated. We had a very comfortable stay.

Great start to our 2025 Baseball tour

We stayed with Denise for the first week of a 3 month trip to visit all the baseball parks in US and Canada and saw Dodgers and Angels while there. Her apartment was a quiet and relaxing place ‘come home to!’ It is clean and accommodating and I would recommend it highly Loved the dogs!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and friendly

Super clean and comfortable apartment. I stayed for four weeks and completely enjoyed my stay. They were very friendly and communicative about housekeeping/maintenance as needed. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. There is very little street parking available in the neighborhood, however the assigned parking spot in the back alley fit my SUV very well. 10/10

Great stay

It’s a great place to stay overall no major issues, just a lack of instructions and no way to find out unless you text and ask, such as how to turn on the hot water and take out the trash. But it’s not a big deal. It’s a comfortable place, with plenty of space. Having a dedicated parking spot is great, but only if you have anything smaller than a truck, and so does anyone else who is staying there at the same time as you, because trucks need two spaces. Otherwise, you’ll have to find parking on the street, and usually, if you’re out all day, you rarely find parking on the street when you get back at night. But I would stay here again Diane was a great host and it’s nice to feel like your at home instead of just some random hotel.

It wasn't too good to be true!

I thought for sure that I would be disappointed because of the low price. When something seems too good to be true, it's because it is. This was EXACTLY as advertised! The hostess was very welcoming and hospitable without being intrusive or overbearing. The dogs are as sweet as can be. Parking was very convenient. Next time I'm in Long Beach, I will stay here if it's available.

Home away from away

I needed a place to stay while I was completing my move from LA to NYC and stumbled upon Denise’s place. It was a very busy and stressful week of moving but every time I got to the apartment to wind down, I was instantly relaxed. Apartment is equipped with everything you need and there’s a parking space always available. The pictures don’t do the place justice, it’s a little Long Beach oasis. Denise was such a gracious host, she was available for anything I needed and she made the check in and check out process so easy. The 3 doggies were friendly and playful. Overall it was a great stay and I will definitely be back soon!

Overall, I rate this very high.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was well located for the work we needed to accomplish. I felt very safe as the property and apartment were well locked. There are all the appliances and supplies you need to cook. Now for the not for the not so good stuff. If you have a long vehicle, I drive a big truck, you may have a difficult time fitting in the space provided. If you would like to sleep in past 5:00 am this is not the place for you. During the week when people are up and leaving for work one or both dogs will bark. This did not distract us from the overall performance. Which was excellent. A couple of small things that need to be fixed. The refrigerator door has a loud squeak. A little wd40 will fix that problem. The shower head is too large for the mounting bracket. We had trouble keeping in place.
