Welcome to The Anchor House!
This updated, modern 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home sleeps 8 with 5 comfortable beds and a spacious open-concept floor plan. Featuring charming nautical decor, a private backyard, and parking for 4, our cottage is nestled in a quiet neighborhood perfect for morning strolls or evening walks. Located just 0.8 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine and minutes from pristine beaches, this home is ideal for your Florida getaway.

This is a one-story home*** Please note we DO NOT TOLERATE PARTIES OR LARGE GATHERINGS. The number of guests in your reservation MUST match the number of guests who will be in the house at all times, which is no more than 8 guests at any given time. There will be a $500 fine for violating this policy and you will be asked to vacate the property.

-You must be 21 years old to rent The Anchor House.

CLEANING - Our home is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each guest according to CDC guidelines and recommendations. We take the cleaning of our home very seriously and will do our best to maintain the safety of all our guests. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.

• Master Bedroom: King bed, en-suite bathroom, walk-in shower, single vanity, and a large walk-in closet.
• 1st Guest Bedroom: Queen bed with cozy linens.
• 2nd Guest Bedroom: Three twin beds, perfect for kids or friends.
• 2nd Bathroom: Shower/tub combo for convenience.

The open kitchen connects seamlessly to the dining and living areas, ensuring everyone can gather together for meals, lounging, or relaxation. Large windows flood the space with natural light, complemented by wide-plank vinyl flooring. The kitchen is stocked with starter supplies, including paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher pods for your first few days.

• Back Porch: Comfortable seating perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Situated just over the Bridge of Lions, The Anchor House is 0.8 miles from historic downtown St. Augustine, putting you close to iconic attractions, local dining, and shopping. Beaches are just minutes away, making this the perfect spot to enjoy the best of Florida’s history and coast.

This thoughtfully designed home offers everything you need for a memorable stay!

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the entire property during their stay, ensuring complete privacy, with the exception of two locked closets for the owners/cleaners.

This cozy retreat offers a perfect escape, where you can unwind and enjoy the entire space with keyless entry for ease and convenience.

There’s free parking for up to four cars right on site, and plenty of features designed to help you relax and disconnect, surrounded by nature. It’s the ideal spot for a rejuvenating getaway!

You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We will send you a private door code 24 hours before your arrival. If any problems arise, we will do our best to solve them ASAP, but there is no one on site 24/7. Please feel free to message us through Airbnb. We will respond to messages promptly.

You will need to rent a car, use a rideshare, or drive your own vehicle. You can bike or walk to historic downtown St. Augustine, which is 0.8 miles away from the house.

We do not have a grill on the property. Anastasia State Park is very close and has grills and picnic areas. The park offers picnic pavilions equipped with grills and tables, making it a great spot for outdoor meals.

Parking : 4 Cars only-Please no parking in the garage. You may bring your boat or an RV and park it in the driveway as well.

• Lighthouse Boat Ramp – Located at Lighthouse Park, just minutes away. Great for small to medium boats, with dock access and limited parking.
• Usina Boat Ramp – 603 Euclid Ave. Offers two launch lanes, a floating dock, fishing pier, and restrooms.
• Vilano Boat Ramp – 101 Vilano Causeway. Features three ramps, docks, restrooms, and picnic areas. Ideal for access to the Intracoastal Waterway.

Workspace : We have a small work area for those who need to work while on vacation.

House rules do apply. A booking request constitutes acceptance of all house rules in their entirety and complete acknowledgement of the listing description.

We aim that you have a 5-STAR stay experience!

-MAX 8 guests per booking. There is not enough space for more than 8 (under 2 yrs does not count towards the number of guests)
-ASK for the permission if you have BOAT OR TRAILER PARKING
-If you move it, put it back. Put all furniture back in its original place.
-NO HAIR DYE whatsoever. Please do not dye your hair while in our home as it stains all of our linens and towels. There will be an extra charge if we have to soak stained linens and/or replace them.

- Only up to 4 cars permitted. Please plan accordingly.
- No vehicles allowed inside the garage.
