Located in North Ocean City off of 128th Street, this three bedroom, 3rd floor walk up, ocean block condo is the perfect place for the family to relax and make memories. Enjoy the less than 2 min walk to the beach and all the wonderful amenities of uptown, like Northside Park which is just three blocks away and has events all summer long. Enjoy sunset views on large deck facing the bay. Condo has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 Smart TVs, Cable & Free Wi-Fi. Also Within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants, bars, and miniature golf. Beach Equipment is available for use (chairs, umbrella, cart, and toys). Linens and towels are not included. Enjoy firwork show from deck every Sunday during the Summer. ***No Senior week rentals***Must be 25 year old to Rent**

The location of the property is excellent, such a short/easy walk to get there. The balcony was great to sit out on in the evening. The kitchen area is great for one person to do the cooking but a little tight for any helper cooks in the kitchen.

Family tradition

We meet a large group of families at the beach every year. This is a great location! Ocean side and you can walk to anything you need. Condo is bright, slightly dated, but clean. Plenty of seating in the main area. Property owner was very responsive to my inquiries. We would stay there again.

Location is perfect! The condo had everything we needed. The front porch was a plus with nice views of the bay and fireworks. Some of the beds, washer and dryer need updating

Thank you for your feedback! We are working on updating the washer/dryer. Units will be replaced. However, all mattresses are new over the last 2-3 years. I realize mattresses are not a one size fit all for each guest’s sleep preference. Hope you enjoy the rest of summer!

A block off the beach and not far from everything in ocean city

Rental was a breeze and communication was fast and simple. Enjoyed our stay and relaxing on the balcony. Unit was a quick walk to the beach. Short ride to everything we needed in ocean city for the weekend. Clean, comfortable, and spacious place to stay for 4 people

Awesome location

We only had a couple of days to enjoy at the beach but by finding this rental we lucked out. Great loacation! It worked out perfectly. And we are so grateful we got an earlier check in time. The use of the beach chairs and umbrella were super!

Cute place lovely stay

We spent the weekend at this cute condo. Love the location, short walk to the beach, so convenient to shops restaurants and other activities. My only complain is that the queen bed is too soft, but I guess it’s personal preference. Dan is great to communicate to. Check in super easy. Overall it was a good experience. I’d stay there again.

Great Experience

The host Dan was very attentive and friendly Total beach vibes. Excellent location to watch the Fireworks not only on Sundays but we stayed over the 4th of July. So we saw them twice. Quick walk to the beach. Although there are both a Food Lion and an Acme on the island, the is a grocery store and liquor store across the street. Great experience.

Great Location- lots of extras!

We were looking for a new "regular" place to stay since our last condo no longer rents. Through my search, Dan was very responsive and friendly and put me at ease that led me to choose his rental. The pictures are true and the beach chairs and umbrella available for use was so convenient. My one suggestion would be that they add additional storage shelving for the bathrooms and a mirror in the master bedroom. I'm sure I only noticed this because we had 4 girls plus my husband! lol! Overall, a great place to be location wise and a quick walk to the beach. I would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Nice Upgrades at 128th Street

We have stayed at this unit many years over the last ten years. The new owners have made many upgrades including new paint throughout the unit, new living room furniture, new porch furniture and new flooring. We love the location. It’s a short walk to the beach, the Montego Bay shopping Center and Northside Park as well as many businesses and restaurants. The A/Cs work well and cool the place well. Love the keyless entry. The owners even allow you access to their Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, wagon and sand toys. The only thing negative thing is that there are three flights of stairs to the top. If you have any handicap or problems climbing stairs, this isn’t your rental. However, the view from the porch is awesome. The renters from 2N smoked on the back steps where the 3N parking spot was. There were tons of cigarette butts all over. Communication was fast with the owners. Thanks for a great vacation.

The property was a little smaller than it looks in the picture. However it was the perfect size for our family! Everything was clean, all the items you need for cooking and cleaning were provided. The owner left very clear instructions. I would definitely rent again 😃
