As a guest at Sky Sapphire Haven, you’ll have access to The Reserve’s premium amenities, designed for relaxation and fun:

Private Beach Access: Enjoy direct access to The Reserve’s private beach on Bear Lake, perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, or relaxing by the shoreline.

Two Swimming Pools & Hot Tub: Cool off in the pools during summer or unwind in the hot tub after a day of exploring.

Sports Courts: Engage in friendly competition with games of pickleball, tennis, or basketball at the community courts.

Playground: Keep the kids entertained with a fun-filled playground designed for hours of enjoyment.

Fitness Center & Clubhouse: Stay active in the fully equipped fitness center or relax in the clubhouse, which features a cozy hangout area perfect for gatherings.
1. Quiet Hours

Time: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

Guideline: Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these hours to respect our neighbors.


2. No Smoking

Guideline: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home and within the community common areas.


3. Parking

Guideline: Park only in designated areas: inside the garage, front driveway, or back driveway. Do not block neighboring driveways or park on the streets overnight.


4. Trash Disposal

Guideline: Dispose of all trash in the designated bins located at the clubhouse. Ensure trash is properly bagged and the bins are securely closed.


5. Use of Common Areas and Amenities

Guideline:

Access to amenities (clubhouse, pools, private beach, etc.) is restricted to registered guests.

Follow all posted rules and guidelines in these areas.

Children must be supervised at all times.



6. Respect for Property

Guideline: Treat the property and community areas with respect. Report any damages immediately.


7. Compliance with HOA Regulations

Guideline: All guests must adhere to the HOA's Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs). Non-compliance may result in fines or penalties.
