The main level boasts an open-concept living area with floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light and showcase gorgeous ocean views. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is complete with high-end appliances, a massive island with barstool seating, and sleek countertops. Upstairs, a second living area and additional full kitchen provide extra space for guests to relax and unwind. All 7 bedrooms, four on on the main floor and three on the second floor, ensure a restful retreat, each featuring ocean views, a plush king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom with heated floors. With luxurious amenities like a Sonos sound system**, every detail of this home has been carefully curated for a stress-free stay.

Outdoor living is at the heart of 7 Beachwood East, with wrap-around balconies and thoughtfully designed spaces on every level. The covered lower-level deck invites you to fire up the grill for an evening BBQ, dine al fresco at the outdoor dining table, or simply enjoy the breathtaking ocean views. There’s even a large 8-person hot tub to unwind in style. Spend the day chartering a boat and paddleboarding in the Atlantic, or explore the extensive wildlife within the area's marshes and creeks. *Home Truths:*
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- Guests must have their own Sonos account to use the sound system.
- This home has an 8 person freestanding hot tub, but does not have pool access.
- The beach access path beside the home is closed due to erosion. The closest path is at Grand Pavilion, two complexes to the left.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the hot tub at 7 Beachwood East and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.
- Street-legal golf carts (LSVs) are permitted within the neighborhood. Please note that trailers are not allowed inside the resort, so golf carts must be rented locally and cannot be brought from home. For rental options, guests may contact local providers such as Just Beachy Carts for more information.
- The closest golf cart parking to the beach within Wild Dunes is located on Summer Dunes Lane and Island Cottage Lane.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Overall our stay was good, it would be a five star review except for the fact we had to call the management company a couple of times due to broken or missing items. It is a four star review because they were very responsive.

We had a fantastic stay at this 7-bedroom home in Charleston! The house was clean, spacious, and exactly as listed — perfect for our family trip. The location in the beach resort community was ideal, and we had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. Communication with the property manager was excellent — they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond when we had a couple of minor issues. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth, and the home was well-stocked and thoughtfully maintained. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommend!

The beach access closest to the house was closed. The surveillance around the house is a bit much especially the dome camera directly over the outdoor sitting area and spa. The pillows did not have a protective cover over the pillows which made them feel unclean. Otherwise the house is great, the grounds were tidy and looked well maintained.
