¡Esta unidad acaba de tener una renovación completa de arriba a abajo y no se ha perdido nada aquí! Bellamente hecho con todos los pisos nuevos, muebles nuevos que son extremadamente cómodos con muchos asientos para todos, ambos baños tienen duchas y tocadores nuevos en su lugar que son magníficos, cocina totalmente renovada que cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos de acero inoxidable negro y está completamente equipada. y listo para que su magia culinaria suceda y sin mencionar las impresionantes vistas del Golfo desde su balcón privado; ¡no hay nada mejor que esto en Land's End! Beach front paradise

I rented this condo for a week to stay with my daughter and her best friend. The condo was beautiful with amazing views from almost every room! The accommodations and location was wonderful, we will definitely be back.

Paradise at the beach!

When we walked in we were totally Blown Away with how beautiful and clean everything was! We came during the coronavirus so we're very concerned with cleanliness. We were not at all worried about the condo being clean. The beds were all comfortable as well as the living room furniture. Everything we needed was in the kitchen for us to be able to cook our breakfasts lunches and dinners. The grounds of the condo are also very nice and the beach and the pool are just steps away from Building 9. We cannot wait to come back and stay in this condo!

Clean, beautiful view, just needs some updating

The resort is perfect for large groups and for small. As for our condo, it was very clean. I had originally booked a different condo, but was made to switch because the first one flooded (no one's fault, just reality). Anyway, this one showed some signs of wear and tear. The shower door in the 2nd bath didn't work, and the kitchen utensils were very low-end.. but again.. as long as it's clean and I get to wake up to that beautiful view, I'm happy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying at Land's End. Both stays were near perfection. This unit in particular, with it's beautiful new remodel, delivers in a big way. The icing on the cake was witnessing the very rare sight of a mama turtle laying her eggs in the dune right in front of our building. The only drawbacks of the condo were the little feet I would hear every morning from the condo rental upstairs and the lack of a few baking dishes- which, believe me, I know most people will never need! The necessary construction happening on the other end of the building was also disconcerting and annoying, but won't last forever. This beautiful condo is comfortable, convenient, and worth every penny!

The only problem we had was the TV in the living room would not stay online. It worked the first night and then went off. Someone came and looked at it and said he fixed it, but when we came back in from the beach it was no longer working again. Thank goodness they had Netflix so we just watched that the whole time we were there on that TV. The other TV's worked fine. The person who came told us we had it on the wrong input, but the other TV's worked on that input and the one in the living room did to the first night.

Breathtakingly Beautiful

Resort Rentals was fabulous to work with and came through in clutch situation when our Airbnb rental was hideously dirty, outdated, and not as described in listing. Lands End is an amazing Resort complex with many options for activities. The gate house guards are friendly and the area is safe and away from the hustle and bustle of the area. Peaceful and relaxing. There is an older woman with blondish/grey hair who patrols the area and I’m not sure who she is or her role, she identified herself as a staff member but didn’t have a uniform on. Anyway, it’s nice that she walks around checking on things but it wasn’t nice that she profiled our son who is of mixed race questioning him as he was coming off of the beach back to our unit from the boardwalk. I was watching from our balcony and found her actions very disturbing. By the time I got down to my son she was gone. Great vacation overall! Looking forward to returning!

Christmas vacation 2015

Great beach, not too busy, lot's to do around condo complex, great pool and hot tubs. Although many condos seem to have Rennovations in progress #304 in building 9 was really in need of basic repairs, and updates. Very disappointing for price. Although we didn't ask for help close to Christmas Day, we had no choice by Boxing Day. Toilet in main bath was not working, bathtub in main ensuite not draining, even slightly, front door wouldn't close, closet doors would come off tracks. Despite dated condo to appliances, simple repairs should of been dealt with, given price for us and considering Canadian dollar! Don't rent this condo until repaired and update, but rent elsewhere on complex

Unfortunately we can only stay a couple of weeks and understand that we only have the "leftovers" to choose from. An awesome, updated ,gulf front condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the updated condo unit & the views were spectacular. We even saw dolphins from our balcony our last full day there. The layout was great, it was clean when we arrived. They even have a vacuum that we used to clean up any sand that tracked in from our shoes. We had an issue with the bedroom tv, but the mgmt company fixed it right away. The only thing I would like to mention is that we figured out the washer/dryer closet had some sewer like smell coming from it. We ran a load with hot water to help move the "old" water that was sitting in pipe & that helped with the smell. Other than minor detail, we will definitely be back to this unit. Thank you for a great trip.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, breathtaking view

The apartment was fully equipped, close to the pool and the beach. Beautiful views of the ocean. Excellent location, private location with security and close to restaurants and attractions. The property seems to be well kept and clean. The only concern we had is that the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The laundry machine was moldy and dryer was dirty. The closet in the main room was full of sand and there was a bucket with water and shells that smelled awful. There was a pillow missing and not enough bathroom towels for a family of four. We did not address the lack of cleanliness with the property manager, but they did take care of the pillow right away. We also had a problem with the AC, which was taken care right away.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, good experience at this condo recently. Nice amenities and space available, very nice master bed/bath space. Great balcony view! The coffee table was not very "kid friendly" as it easily tipped and was a tripping hazard. Also, the washer had some mold around the rubber seal, but did not negatively impact functionality.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was beautiful and SO clean!!! The master bed was extremely comfortable. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. We loved that it was gated and we had an assigned parking spot. The pool was wonderful and perfect beach access.

Reviewer Comments: The upgraded condo was professionally done with high end kitchen and bathrooms and beautiful decorating with colors that fit into the oceanic views of the gulf. The property was clean and well maintained. We only wish there were brand new 100% cotton sheets on the bed. But other than that, we loved our stay here! We enjoyed our dinners at Middlegrounds restaurant in town and the nearby Publix grocery store was very convenient. We will be back! Treasure Island and Land's End was indeed a gem!

Almost perfect!

The condo was very nice except the second bedroom needs updated bedding. The cleaning crew was still in our condo at 4:15 and left a few issues that we took care of ourselves. But the pool, beach, security was great!

My 18 year old daughter was asked by older people if she was 17 every time she went into hot tub. Every time went to pool they were like hawks ready to attack. Stopped going to pool because of it. Overall property was nice and great view of beach. Had to buy some beach towels because there were non in unit. Property Management company was very helpful and nice.
